The event was opened by the Professor of the Department, Doctor of Law, Professor Viacheslav YEMELIANOV, who spoke about the basics of criminalization of socially dangerous acts and presented examples of relevant research works.

On the initiative of the Director of the ERI No. 5 Oksana BRUSAKOVA, the Institute has restored the tradition of holding Debate Club competitions among students. The mixed form of education and martial law led to a special format of the event - online mode.

Representatives of the Department of Legal Support Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5 - Associate Professor Viktoria FURSA and Professor Daria KOROBTSOVA, together with Sofia KOSENKO, an employee of the Department of Strategic Investigations of the NPU, held a binary session.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5 Iryna ANTOL, together with the assistant of a private notary of Poltava City Notary District Diana NOSOVA, held an online lesson on the discipline "Private International Law".

On the initiative of Yulia TATARKINA, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 5, and within the framework of cooperation between educational institutions, a meeting of university representatives with graduating students and their parents took place. The event was attended by Ella TVERDOKHLIB, Deputy Director of the ERI No. 5, and representatives of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology.

Curators of educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held informational and educational talks for students of Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-5 on the topic "The Greatness of the Word: Speech Culture of a Developed Person". They discussed with cadets and students the culture of speech, sources and methods of its formation.

The Head of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5, Olha HETMANETS, together with the Head of the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines and Ukrainian Studies, Volodymyr HRECHENKO, held a binary lesson on the academic discipline "Tax Law" for 2nd year students of the specialty "Law".

The Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA summed up the results of the scientific competition on financial security and financial investigations, organized at the initiative of the Director of the Institute, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Oksana BRUSAKOVA.

Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Iryna ZAVADSKA and Judge of Kamianets-Podilskyi City District Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast Liudmyla SHEVTSOVA held a lesson on the topic "Establishment of the Judicial System of Independent Ukraine". The judge introduced the students to the basic principles of the judicial system of Ukraine.
