The problem of bad habits is relevant in our time, and the fight against them is a task not only at the state level, but also the personal responsibility of everyone. On the initiative of the Director of the ERI No. 5 Oksana BRUSAKOVA, an event was held for students of the institute on the negative impact of alcohol, drugs and smoking.
On the initiative of Oksana BRUSAKOVA, Director of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA, and the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA Technologies, the "Cyber Researcher" cybersecurity Olympiad for secondary school and pre-higher vocational education students was held from March 17 to 23 of this year. 87 students from different regions of Ukraine took part in it.
Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Forensic Science and Forensic Expertise, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor Svitlana LOZOVA conducted a lesson on the discipline "Forensic Science" for students of the ERI No. 5. The event was attended by the chief forensic expert of the weapons research sector of Kharkiv Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Kostiantyn ANDRONOV.
The Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5, consisting of the Head of practice Natalia HRESA, the Chairmen of the commission - Head of the Department Olena YEVDOKIMOVA, and commission members Volodymyr FILONENKO and Olena MOKHOREVA, held a defense of the materials of pedagogical practice of education seekers.
As part of studying the discipline "Legal Principles of Corruption Prevention", students of the ERI No. 5, together with the professor of the Department of Law Enforcement Activity of the ERI No. 5, Doctor of Law, Professor Olena SYNIAVSKA, participated in the training "Basic Provisions of Anti-Corruption Legislation".
Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights of KhNUIA Andrii VOITSIKHOVSKYI, together with Associate Professor of the Department of International and European Law of the Faculty of Law of KhNU named after V. N. Karazin Yevhen TITOV, conducted an online lesson for second-year students of the ERI No. 5.
The next meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of KhNUIA was dedicated to the topic of European integration. The event was held simultaneously in two locations - in Vinnytsia and Kamianets-Podilskyi. The opening speech was addressed to the circle members by Vice-Rector Oleksandr MUZYCHUK.
To mark the 11th anniversary of the National Guard of Ukraine, higher education students at all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs watched the documentary film of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine – “The Phenomenon of the National Guard of Ukraine. Battles. Technologies. People”.
The student activists of the ERI No. 5 visited the KP "Center for Animal Behavior" to not only treat their four-legged friends, but also take care of their well-being. The young people brought food, which was purchased thanks to the students and the director of the institute, Oksana BRUSAKOVA.
The Head of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5, Olha HETMANETS, organized a guest lecture for 2nd year students of the Law specialty, which was given by the Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement Activity of the ERI No. 5, Doctor of Law, Professor Olena SYNIAVSKA.
