Anna SUSHKOVA, senior lecturer at the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5, completed the course as part of the four-month project "Promoting Mental Health and Psychosocial Support through Facilitation of Dialogue" from "ME AND MY SCHOOL" together with the international non-governmental humanitarian organization "IsraAID in Ukraine".

The management of the ERI No. 5 organized another meeting with higher education applicants in the specialty F5 "Cybersecurity and Information Protection" regarding preparation for taking the Unified State Comprehensive Exam (USCE). Oksana BRUSAKOVA emphasized the importance of a responsible attitude in preparing for the exam and called for paying special attention to the quality of knowledge necessary to achieve a successful result.

Practical psychologist, senior instructor of the charity project "Peaks of Hope" Maria KULIKOVA and associate professors of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5 Yulia TVERDOKHVALOVA and Alla SHYLINA, within the disciplines "Psychodiagnostics" and "Psychology of Deviant Adolescents", held a lesson dedicated to the peculiarities of working with adolescents.

With the assistance of the Heads of the education departments of Novobavarskyi and Kholodnohirskyi districts of Kharkiv, employees of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 held a career orientation meeting, which was attended by more than 190 lyceum graduates and their parents.

A regular meeting of the scientific group of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Forensics and Expertise of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA was held on this topic. The Head of the group, Associate Professor of the Department Svitlana LOZOVA, held an information session for students on mine safety.

On the initiative of Yulia TATARKINA, associate professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 5, representatives of the department held an online career guidance meeting with high school students. Associate professor of the department Vladyslav KUNDEUS and senior lecturer Yulia MYTROFANOVA told the lyceum students about Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

The leadership of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 held a meeting with representatives of the student self-government. Director Oksana BRUSAKOVA emphasized the important role of student self-government in improving the quality of education, developing creative initiatives and increasing social activity of students.

Students of the ERI No. 1, 4, 5 watched the short film "When the Dead Sing...", which highlights the events of the OUN and UPA in the 1950s in Khmelnytskyi region. After watching, cadets and students talked with the author of the film - screenwriter and director Vasyl HORBATIUK, who shared the history of the film's creation and explained why this particular topic was chosen.

Fresh-year students of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 Illia PAVLOV and Viktor RIABETS joined the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Science and Technology: Challenges, Prospects and Innovations”, which was held in Osaka (Japan).

On this topic, within the framework of studying the discipline "Personnel Management in Public Administrations", 2nd-year students of the ERI No. 5 joined the work of an on-site round table meeting. The discussion was attended by people's deputies, leaders and representatives of local self-government bodies of Sumy region, etc.
