The fighters of the 92nd SAB received another batch of trench candles and thanked the students of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 and its Director Oksana BRUSAKOVA for their help and support in the difficult conditions of the front lines. The volunteer movement of university students throughout the entire period of the legal regime of martial law is involved in helping the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Head of the preparatory department of the ERI No. 5, Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies Oksana MALIUTINA completed the course "ChatGPT: how to get useful answers from it, not a random set of words?", held on the Diia.Osvita platform within the framework of the "Diia Support Project".

At the initiative of the Head of the working group - guarantor of the educational program, Doctor of Law, Professor Olena SYNIAVSKA, a meeting of the working group on the development of the educational and professional program (EPP) of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education, field of knowledge 26 "Civil Security", specialty 262 "Law enforcement activities" was held.

On this topic, Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement of the ERI No. 5 Mykola HOLUB held a meeting with students of KhNUIA, who are studying in the specialty "Law Enforcement". He told the students about the concept, forms and types of domestic violence, and identified the circle of subjects responsible for its prevention and counteraction.

Head of the Department of Scientific and Legal Expertise of the Institute of Law-Making and Scientific and Legal Expertise of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor Larysa KRASYTSKA gave a lecture for 2nd and 3rd year students of the ERI No. 5.

Within the framework of the academic disciplines "Theory and practice of imageology" and "Conflictology", a binary lesson was held for 1st and 3rd year students with the participation of the inspector of the personnel sector of Shostka district police department of the Main Police Department in Sumy region, Hanna RADIONOVA.

At the invitation of Iryna ANTOL, senior lecturer of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activities and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5, a guest lecture for undergraduate students was held by Kyrylo VORONOV, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of the Faculty of Law of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.

At the invitation of the Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 5, Mykola PAKHNIN, a lesson for students was held by the Head of the Department of International Police Cooperation of the Main Police Department in Kharkiv region, Vasyl HAICHUK.

Employees of the temporary detention center conducted a familiarization tour for students of the ERI No. 5, during which they talked about the peculiarities of the institution's work, the grounds for detaining persons detained on suspicion of committing a crime, the procedural terms of their stay in the TDC, as well as the conditions of detention and the rights of detainees.

A meeting of representatives of the cadet and student parliament of KhNUIA, who study at different locations of the university, was held. The main goal of the event was to strengthen cooperation between higher education applicants and organize joint events. The parliament activists got acquainted with the conditions of study and accommodation of cadets and students.
