Students Yana HORSKINA and Yana ZELENA took part in the election process. According to the results of the vote, Yana HORSKINA won. The newly elected chairperson of the student council of the Educational and Research Institute presented the main areas of her work.

Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Iryna ZAVADSKA, together with the Deputy Head of the Temporary Detention Center No. 4 of the MDNP in Khmelnytskyi Region Yaroslav BONDARCHUK, held a binary lesson with first-year students of the ERI No. 5 on the topic "The Formation and Development of the Institution of Punishment in Ukraine."

Curator, Associate Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement Olena DOVHAN organized and conducted a seminar for consultants of the Legal Clinic of the ERI No. 5 on the topic "Legal aspects of volunteering in Ukraine."

For 1st year students, a lesson on the topic "Techniques for creating criminal procedural documents" was conducted by Roman DOZORETS, Deputy Head of the Department of Procedural Management and Support of Public Prosecution of the Department for Counteracting Crimes Committed in Armed Conflict, Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement Activity of the ERI No. 5 Olena SYNIAVSKA, together with the Commissioner for Anti-Corruption Activities of KhNUIA Yana MAZUR, held a seminar for students of the ERI No. 5 on the topic "Organizational and Legal Principles of Preventing and Regulating Conflicts of Interest."

Students of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA took part in a scientific and practical forum held at the Educational and Rehabilitation Institution of Higher Education "Kamenets-Podilskyi State Institute" on the occasion of the International Historian's Day. Historians from Kamianets-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil joined its work.

Anna SUSHKOVA, senior lecturer at the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5, completed the online advanced training course "Corruption-off: How to Fight Corruption Risks in Higher Education", developed at the initiative of the Association of Legal Clinics of Ukraine in partnership with the EdEra online education studio.

Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 5 Oleksandr KUKHARIEV gave lectures on the topics "General Provisions on Inheritance" and "Inheritance by Will" during a training for judges of local general courts.

On the eve of the celebration of NATO's founding day, the curators of educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held conversations with students of Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-5 on the topic "NATO: an alliance for security."

At the initiative of the Director of the ERI No. 5, Oksana BRUSAKOVA, an online lecture was held by the judge of Donetsk District Administrative Court, Viktoria HOLUB, which was attended by higher education students majoring in Law and Law Enforcement.
