
Natalia BUTSKHRYKIDZE, 2nd year master's student of the ERI No. 1, presented the educational opportunities of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs to high school students, told them about the peculiarities of studying in the legal field and cadet life at the university.

On this topic, specialists from the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held information and educational hours with higher education students from Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-5 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 Olena HORASH, together with representatives of EUAM in Ukraine and with the participation of an OSINT expert, held an optional class for first-year cadets of the ERI No. 1 on the topics "Criminal Analysis" and "Use of Open Source Information in Criminal Proceedings (OSINT)".

A student of the Master's degree at the ERI No. 1, Bohdan LEVCHYK, shared with the lyceum students his own experience of entering and studying at the university, spoke about the advantages of obtaining a legal education and employment opportunities after graduation. He paid special attention to the specifics of law enforcement training and the peculiarities of the admission campaign to the Higher Educational Institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Alona KOMZIUK, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 1, held a career orientation meeting with graduating students and told them about Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The young men and women learned the algorithm for admission by state order.

As part of the project of the Department of Education and Science of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine "Books for Heroes", cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1 collected books for military personnel undergoing treatment and rehabilitation. Among them: modern Ukrainian literature, world classics, motivational publications, historical books and poetry collections.

Dmytro SLYNKO, Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, held an online meeting with students and teaching staff of the municipal institution "Kharkiv Lyceum No. 138 of Kharkiv City Council" on the topic "Features of Studying at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs."

A binary lesson on this topic was held for second-year students of the ERI No. 1 in the academic discipline "International Law" by Andrii VOITSIKHOVSKYI, professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights, and Viktoriia BILA, investigator of the investigative department of the Investigative Division No. 1 of Pervomaiskyi District Police Department of the Main Police Department of Mykolaiv Region.

With the assistance of the International Cooperation Department of KhNUIA, Olena HORASH, a lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1, together with representatives of EUAM in Ukraine, conducted optional classes for second-year cadets of the ERI No. 4 on the topics: "Vulnerable Victims and Witnesses" and "Criminal Analysis".

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 Kseniia YURTAIEVA acquainted high school students with the history of the creation of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the features of admission, and focused on the specialties in which the university trains cadets and students.
