The Cadet and Student Parliament organized intellectual competitions for Valentine’s Day. In Vinnytsia, teams from the ERI No. 2 and No. 3 competed, organized by the Chairman of the Parliament Mykola SOROCHYSHYN, and in Kamianets-Podilskyi, teams from the ERI No. 1, No. 2 and No. 5 competed, organized by the Deputy Chairman of the Parliament Anzhela STETSIUK.

4th-year cadet of the ERI No. 1 Vladyslav RUDAI, who is undergoing an internship in one of the police units of Kharkiv region, held an online career orientation meeting with graduating students and told them about the features of the educational process at the university, employment prospects, and career growth opportunities in the National Police.

Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology Kyrylo CHEREVKO met with first-year students of the ERI No. 1 and discussed a number of important issues, including compliance with the rules of internal regulations, a healthy lifestyle. The curator drew attention to the importance of the cadets' active life position and their participation in public life.

Curators of educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held informational and educational conversations with students of the ERI No. 1-5 on the occasion of Unity Day on February 16, 2022 and the events that Ukraine experienced in the first year of the full-scale invasion of the enemy.

The state program "eBook" was launched on December 16, 2024. It allows those who turned 18 in 2024 or will turn 18 in 2025 to receive funds to purchase books in print or electronic versions. The initiative is implemented by the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ukrainian Book Institute.

As part of career guidance work, Kateryna PENZIEVA, a senior lecturer at the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science at the ER №1, introduced the final year students of Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum №3 to the specialties in which KhNUIA trains specialists for police units.

An integral part and the final stage of training of applicants for higher education of the second (master's) level in the specialty 081 “Law” of the ERI №1 is an internship in the pre-trial investigation units of the National Police. As a result, the students defended the results of the internship using a police quest and drafting procedural documents.

Valeriia HNATENKO, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of the ERI №1, held an online meeting with graduates of Borshchiv Secondary School №1, Borshchiv Secondary School №2, Borshchiv Educational Complex №3 - Gymnasium named after R. Andriiashyk of Ternopil region.

 Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a personal distribution of applicants for the educational degree “Master” in the specialty 081 “Law” of the ERI №1 and applicants for the educational degree “Master” in the specialty 262 “Law Enforcement”, 053 “Psychology” of the ERI №3.

Tetiana SHEVCHUK, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI №1, completed an international scientific and pedagogical internship under the program “Best Practices and Innovations in Higher Education: International Experience of Lithuania” with a study load of 6 ECTS credits (180 hours).
