Tamara YEMANOVA, Investigator of the Department for Investigation of Crimes Committed Against Life and Health of a Person of Kamianets-Podilskyi Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, and Iryna NECHAIEVA, Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation, conducted a class on Criminal Procedure for one of the study groups of the ERI No. 1.

During the line-up, the Director of the Educational and Research Institute №1 Vitalii ROMANIUK congratulated the cadets who became winners and prize-winners of sports competitions. The Director presented diplomas for winning the Open Championship of Khmelnytskyi Region WAKO to 2nd year cadet Roman SAVCHUK and 1st year cadet Yelyzaveta KRAVCHENKO.

The open kickboxing championship of Khmelnytskyi region WAKO was held in Khmelnytskyi, in which cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part. The cadets demonstrated a high level of physical fitness and skill.

The cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in Vinnytsia region sambo wrestling championship among men and demonstrated their skills and high level of training. They won gold, silver and bronze in their weight categories.

A class was held for patrol police officers who are upgrading their skills at the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with the participation of Viktor SEZONOV, Deputy Head of the Department of Forensic Vehicle Research and Registry Management of Kharkiv Scientific and Research Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Svitlana SAMCHUK, a student of the Master's program at the ERI №1, met with the graduating students and told them about studying at Kharkiv Police University, focusing on the opportunities that open up for students and the advantages of the police profession.

Larysa IVANOVA, a leading specialist of the practical training department of the educational process organization department of KhNUIA, checked the internship of the 3rd and 4th year cadets of the ERI №№1-3, who are studying in the specialties “Law” and “Law Enforcement”, in the Police Department №1 of Kharkiv Regional Police Department.

The Head of the Laboratory for Pre-trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1, Doctor of Law, Professor Serhii SHATRAVA presented the publication “Innovative Methods and Modern Practices in Police Activities to Create a Safe Educational Environment for Children” to the general library on the occasion of the International Book Giving Day.

Iryna NECHAIEVA, a lecturer at the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of the ERI №1, together with Volodymyr STOROZHUK, a senior detective of the Criminal Police Department of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, conducted a class for the cadets of the ERI №4.

Iryna LUTSENKO, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI № 1, checked the internship of higher education students of KhNUIA majoring in Law Enforcement in the units of the Chernivtsi District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Chernivtsi region.
