Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 Viktoriia Fylypska took part in the International Advanced Training of Researchers, Teachers and Employees of Educational Institutions (webinar) on the topic "Non-formal Education in the Preparation of Masters and PhD Candidates in the European Union and Ukraine".

Iryna Antol, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took an online course on Gender Equality and Combating Sexual Harassment in the Military Sphere through the Prometheus platform of massive open online courses.

Professor of the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Pre-medical Training of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Law, Professor, Police Major Vlada Husieva took part in the Firearms Crime training course. The event was organized by the European Union Agency for the Training of Law Enforcement Officers (CEPOL) in Budapest, Hungary.

An essay contest was held among students, postgraduates and young scientists of higher education institutions of Ukraine on the topic "Neutrality: an obstacle or a catalyst for effective humanitarian activity?". The event was held to help young Ukrainian scholars understand the idea of humanity, as well as the principles of impartiality, neutrality and independence in the activities of humanitarian organizations.

The purpose of the economic forum, held in Riga (Latvia), was to analyze the role of human creativity and the potential of international ecosystems for the development of open innovation, as well as to present the best world practices and scientifically based practical solutions to achieve a higher level of well-being in a globalized society.

Olena Stativka, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4, and Valentyna Kochyna, Associate Professor of the same department, took part in the online training "Pearson and International Education Resource Line for NUS Classrooms", which addressed the issues of correlation of the requirements of the State Standards of General Secondary Education regarding the levels of students' academic achievements, etc.
