On the eve of the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a meeting was held at the Department of Legal Clinic of the ERI No.5 with Leonid BOHUTSKYI, Specialist in accompanying veterans and demobilized persons of MI «Veteran Space “Veteran PRO” Kamianets-Podilskyi District Council».

Professor Yurii ZHORNOKUY, Head of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No.5, together with Sofia POPOVA, Senior Lecturer of the Department, organized a binary lesson for students of the second-year on the topic «Transactions». Lawyer, Candidate of Legal Sciences Viktor POPOV was invited to the lesson.

As part of the All-Ukrainian action «16 Days Against Violence», lecturers of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Educational and Research Institute No.5 held an educational and career orientation event. Its purpose was to raise the level of awareness of young people about risks in the digital environment and to create an informed attitude to the choice of a future profession.

Representatives of the student council of the Educational and Research Institute No.5 joined the meeting with Serhii TIMOFIEIEV, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, and Vita KOVALSKA, Deputy Head of Kharkiv RMA.

Third-year student of the ERI No.5 Yelyzaveta NEDILKO is the manager of humanitarian projects of the Charitable Organization «Charitable Foundation “Source of Revival”». She takes an active part in measures to help military personnel and persons affected by the enemy aggression of the russian federation.

Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5, Trainer of the National School of Judges of Ukraine Oleksandr KUKHARIEV gave a lecture on the topic "Modern Trends in Disputes over Invalidating Wills" for judges of local general courts.
