As part of the study of the discipline "Criminal Law" for students of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5, specializing in "Law", a binary lesson dedicated to criminal offenses against sexual freedom and personal integrity was held.

2nd year cadets of the ERI No. 1 Mariia OLIINYK and Stanislav REPCHONOK, as well as 3rd year student of the ERI No. 5 Daryna HART took part in the International Scientific and Practical Student Conference in online mode "Today's IT Space: Trends, Innovations and Development Prospects".

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminology and Expertise of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Olena SOLOVIOVA, together with 3rd year student Anhelina LYPNYTSKA, took part online in the 9th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Science of the 21st Century: Development, Basic Theories and Achievements".

A session of the School of Scientific Leadership was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, dedicated to the modern challenges of tactical and special training of police officers. The event brought together cadets, students, undergraduates, postgraduates, adjuncts and members of the scientific and practical group "SHIELD" of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the Educational and Research Institute No. 2.

For students of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5, specializing in "Law", the lesson was conducted by Yevhen PILIAVSKYI, a lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, and Yurii PROKOFIEV, the Head of the Department for the investigation of crimes against the life and health of a person, of the investigative department of Kamianets-Podilskyi DPD of the Main Department of National Police in Khmelnytskyi region.

The Scientific and Practical Center, established on the basis of the Second Administrative Court of Appeal, continues practical training of higher education applicants in the specialties "Law" and "Law Enforcement Activities". Students perform tasks based on the materials of cases considered in the administrative judicial procedure.

A practical seminar on drawing up a statement on bringing a person to administrative responsibility for animal cruelty was held for consultants of the Legal Clinic department of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5.

The Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA held a regular meeting of the student research group, which considered the draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine in Connection with the Update (Recodification) of the Provisions of Book One."

Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies, Candidate of Philological Sciences NataliIa KOBYLKO, together with a student of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 Daria VERESHCHAKA, participated in the round table "Ukrainian language in a regional dimension: the path to the formation of key competencies" on the Day of the Ukrainian Language and Writing.

Higher education students of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 visited Osnovianskyi District Court of Kharkiv and talked with the Head of the court staff, Oleksandr VORONIN. He spoke about the peculiarities of the court's work, its functions and role in ensuring justice.
