University students successfully completed an introductory online course on the basic principles of psychology for working with traumas of children and adults, created as part of the initiative of the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska. The course covered nine substantive topics, which collected the most relevant world approaches to providing high-quality psychological support.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Forensics and Expertology of the ERI No. 5 Oleksandra KOCHURA and lawyer Oleksandr RAZUMOVSKYI held an online binary lesson for students on the topic "Proceedings for the Review of Court Decisions".

Table tennis competitions were held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, which united cadets and students around sports drive and fair play. Previously, qualifying stages were held in each institute, according to the results of which teams of three participants were formed, who presented the ERI No. 1-5.

Students of the Educational and Research Institute №5, together with Deputy Director Vita PASHKO, took part in an important humanitarian initiative – donating blood and its components for those in need of help. This is not just an act of kindness, but real support and a chance to save someone's life.

Regular session of the scientific circle of the Department of Law Enforcement of the ERI №5 «Problems of Modern Policing» was held, dedicated to the topic «Reform of the Security Sector of Ukraine: from martial law to NATO standards». The meeting was attended by the Head of the scientific circle, Daria HLUSHKOVA, and the Head of the Department, Iryna PANOVA.

At Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the winners of the I stages of the XXVI Petro Yatsyk International Competition of Ukrainian Language Experts and the XVI Taras Shevchenko International Language and Literature Competition of Pupils and Student Youth have been determined.

Students of higher education of the Educational and Research Institute №5, who study in the specialties «Law» and «Law enforcement», regularly attend practical lessons held at the Scientific and Practical Center at the Second Administrative Court of Appeal.

Lecturers of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 5 held an open lecture for students of Pervomaisk Lyceum "Erudit" of the Pervomaisk City Council, Kharkiv Mechanical and Technological Professional College named after O. O. Morozov and students of Zhydachiv Institution of General Secondary Education of I-III degrees No. 3.

A session of the scientific circle of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5 was held under the leadership of Professor of the Department Yuliia KYRYCHENKO. The event was attended by members of the circle who joined offline in Kamianets-Podilskyi, as well as second-year students who worked remotely.

Within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation, applicants for the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in the specialty "Law" of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 visited Osnovianskyi District Court of Kharkiv. This format of training is an important component of their practical training.
