Curators of educational work of the Department of social and humanitarian work held informative and educational conversations about the fighters for the independence of Ukraine with students of Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-5. The organizers of the meeting recalled the historical circumstances of the emergence of this date, associated with the national liberation movement of the Second World War.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 5, Doctor of Philosophy Sofia POPOVA, as well as a lecturer of the same department Yulia TUTOVA successfully completed an online course on the educational platform "Prometheus" dedicated to issues of academic integrity.

For 2nd year students of the ERI No. 5, majoring in "Law Enforcement Activities", a lesson on the discipline "Legal Regulation of Administrative Services" was conducted by the inspector of the Patrol Police Department in Kharkiv region, the Patrol Police Department, Dmytro SKRYPKA, and Associate Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement Activities, Kateryna KRUT.

For students of the ERI No. 5, online lessons were conducted by Anton TYMOFEIEV, a senior lecturer of the special department No. 1 of the Institute of the Security Service of Ukraine of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, and Yulia TATARKINA, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of KhNUIA.

Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 5, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Viktoriia DAVYDENKO took the online course "Dialogue and Mediation: The Path to Understanding". Participants mastered the ability to determine sequential steps to mutual understanding, to develop a clear algorithm for effective dialogue.

A binary lesson on the topic "Some aspects of distinguishing collaboration activities from other related criminal offenses" for students was conducted by Olesia ARSENI, prosecutor of Saltiv District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, and Yulia TATARKINA, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology.

Head of the preparatory department of the ERI No. 5, Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies Oksana MALIUTINA joined the scientific event "Innovating Education 2.0, approaches to informal education and innovation for Ukrainian higher education institutions."

The teaching staff and students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Sumy branch and Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA, together with the volunteer organization "BanderoBdzhilkaYzhkoFei" took part in a meeting with a paramedic, a citizen of Austria, Mr. Ben.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminology and Expertise of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA, Candidate of Law Olena SOLOVIOVA, together with the judge of Saltivskyi District Court of Kharkiv Oleksandr OLIINYK, held a binary lesson on the discipline "Criminal Procedure".

Representatives of the department - lecturers, Associate Professors Olena MOKHORIEVA and Lilia BONDARENKO, senior teachers Ihor SHELKOSHEIEV and Larysa SOLOKHINA - organized and held a series of meetings with high school students of Kharkiv Lyceums No. 78 and No. 118 of Kharkiv City Council.
