The next meeting of the scientific circle "Current Problems of the Theory and History of State and Law" was held, dedicated to the current topic - the conceptual principles of ensuring the national security of Ukraine under the legal regime of martial law.

With the assistance of the Department of Science and Education of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, employees of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security, together with the leadership of the ERI No. 5, conducted career guidance work among residents of territorial communities of Kharkiv region.

As a sign of respect and gratitude, students of the ERI No. 5 took part in laying flowers at the monument in the Heroes' Square in Kamianets-Podilskyi. They observed a minute of silence to honor the memory of those who gave their lives for the freedom, dignity, and independence of Ukraine.

Representatives of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5, Yulia KYRYCHENKO and Valentyna ZHORNOKUI, participated in the work of the II All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic "Legal Realities of Today".

A seminar on the topic "Benefits for participants of military operations regarding the payment of taxes and fees and credit obligations" for consultants of the Legal Clinic of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA was held by the curator of the department, senior lecturer of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security Iryna ANTOL.

A lesson on countering cybercrime was held for 2nd year students by Yulia MYTROFANOVA, a senior lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 5. Taras MOCHERNIUK, the operational officer of the countering cybercrime department in Chernivtsi region of the Cyber ​​Police Department of the National Police of Ukraine, joined the event remotely.

With deep sadness, we inform you that while performing a combat mission near the city of Bakhmut, Nikita Oleksandrovych Shapariev died heroically. He was a student of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5, a soldier of military unit 3017. Nikita was born on January 21, 2003. Since his youth, he dreamed of devoting himself to the defense of Ukraine. Within the walls of the university, he combined studies with military service, demonstrating courage, determination and sincere love for the Motherland.

During the practice, 4th-year students of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA, who are studying in the educational and professional program "Finance, Banking and Insurance", got acquainted with the organization and activities of the practice base, the work of its structural divisions, and financial reporting documents.

The inspector for human rights of Tiachiv district police department of the Main Police Department of Transcarpathian region, Valeria HASYNETS, conducted a lesson for second-year students of the Law specialty. The event was organized by Yulia MYTROFANOVA, a senior lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 5.
