Cadets of the Educational and Research Institutes No.2 and No.3 attended a memorial meeting dedicated to the Day of honoring the liquidators of Chornobyl accident. The event took place in the reading room of Vinnytsia Regional Universal Scientific Library named after Valentyn Otamanovskyi.

First-year cadet of the Educational and Research Institute No. 3 Sviatoslav HYZHKO worthily represented Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and demonstrated a high level of sports training.
