Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs participated in the Virtual English Language Educator for 11 weeks «Specialist in Virtual English Language Education, Scholarship Holder of the US State Department (Virtual English Language Educator Program)», funded by the US government.

Participation in the program was organized and moderated by the International Cooperation Department and the Department of Language Training of KhNUIA. According to the results of the selection of Georgetown University and with the support of the Department of Public Diplomacy of the US Embassy in Ukraine, American English teacher Bonnie BROWNER was invited to work.

From September 29 to December 13, 2025, classes were held weekly online on the Zoom platform. The program contained professionally oriented topics, interactive tasks using modern digital resources and methodological recommendations for improving the quality of English language teaching at the university.

Participants praised the content and format of the classes. The International Cooperation Department is already working on continuing cooperation with the US Embassy in Ukraine for the participation of KhNUIA in the program in the next semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.https://univd.edu.ua/uk/news/26131
