The short film "Fly", made by the participants of the School of Scientific Leadership of the Faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took first place in the International Short Video Competition EU Neighbors' day - together for a common future within the ENACTED project - "The European Union and its neighborhood. Network for Enhancing EU Participation on the Eastern Borders ", funded by the European Union.

Mykyta Bielievtsov, Deputy Head of the School of Scientific Leadership, 2nd-year cadet of the Faculty №1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the Ukrainian-Polish youth exchange, which took place in the village of Vishnitse, Poland.

Diana Shpak, a 1st-year cadet of the Faculty No. 1, a participant of the School of Scientific Leadership, took part in the All-Ukrainian Ecological and Cognitive Youth Camp "ECOBUM" in the Ukrainian Carpathians, organized by the Lviv Regional Youth Center. During the camp, trainings were conducted by the president of “Let’s do it Ukraine” Yulii Markhel. Participants cleaned tourist routes in the Carpathian National Nature Park and disseminated information about the environmental movement among young people.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Pre-Trial Investigation of the Faculty № 1 Police Major Olena Zavorina took part in a training on "Trial Monitoring and Advocacy for Child-friendly Justice", which was held with the assistance of the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region.

Participants of the School of Scientific Leadership - 2nd-year cadets of the faculty № 1 of KhNUIA Kristina Morhai and Yuliia Patsora, took part in the webinar "How to implement the principles of good governance in Ukrainian communities and involve citizens?"

The European Kickboxing Championship according to the rules of KWU SENSHI took place in Varna (Bulgaria). A representative of the university - a student of the magistracy of the faculty No. 1, senior lieutenant of the police Anton Chernikov, took part in the reserve fight of the championship and became the winner.

Participants of the School of Scientific Leadership: a 1st-year cadet of the Faculty No. 1 Ivan Shkurat took courses "Financial Sensei" and "How can the community become digital", a 2nd-year cadet of the Faculty No. 1 Yuliia Patsora completed successfully the course "Fundamentals of Information Security".

3rd-year cadets of the faculty № 1 of KhNUIA had a lecture by Vitalii Zhukovskyi, a graduate of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a lawyer, a member of the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of the Bar of the Volyn Region.

The fund of the university library was replenished with the latest book gift - the monograph "Theoretical bases of planning and programming of investigative (search) actions". The publication was prepared by Oleksandr Khan, a senior lecturer at the Department of Criminal Procedure and Pre-trial Investigation, Faculty №1, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Today, Kharkiv Police University opened its doors to applicants who came to study from all over our country. The leadership and personally the Rector, Police General of the 3-rd rank Valerii Sokurenko made a lot of efforts to ensure that the campaign was conducted objectively, clearly, in a coordinated manner, on the basis of democracy, transparency, and openness, in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
