The active members of the scientific circle of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1, led by Associate Professor of the Department Tetiana SHEVCHUK, joined the work of the round table "Lawmaking in the Field of Criminal Justice: On the Path from War to Peace."

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 Iryna LUTSENKO, together with representatives of the juvenile prevention sector of Vinnytsia Regional Police Department of the Main Department of Vinnytsia Region - Senior Inspector Anna CHERVONIAK and Inspector Krystyna TSVAR, conducted a binary class for cadets of the ERI No. 3.

Anastasiia VUIMA, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science of the ERI No. 1, conducted a binary session together with invited lawyer Serhii STETSENKO, who has over 15 years of experience in operational work in law enforcement agencies, in particular in cyber police units.

As part of the study of the academic discipline "Criminal Process", a session was held with the participation of the judge-speaker of Kamianets-Podilskyi City District Court of Khmelnytskyi Region, Eleonora KUZNIAK-HODLOVSKA, which was organized by the head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1, Tetiana FOMINA.

Teachers of the Departments of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2, together with cadets, participated in special practical exercises and training on civil defense issues. Students practiced the algorithm of actions through simulation of emergency situations in conditions close to real ones.

On this topic, a binary lesson for 3rd year cadets of the ERI No. 2 was conducted by Nataliia TODOROVSKA, a senior forensic specialist for special assignments of the forensic support department of the Investigation Department of the Main Police Department in Vinnytsia region, and Oleksandr YUKHNO, Professor of the Department of Forensic Science and Forensic Expertise of the ERI No. 1.

The investigator of the investigative department of the police department No. 1 (Trostianets) of Okhtyrskyi district police department of the Main Police Department of Sumy region Anna KUDRIA, together with the Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 Kyrylo CHEREVKO, conducted binary lessons for the cadets of the ERI No. 1

A training course on providing psychological first aid under the EuroPsy program for university cadets was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The classes were conducted by Oksana LIASKA, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy of the ERI No. 3, and Yelyzaveta POSNA, psychologist of the Psychological Support Department of the Personnel Support Department.

The presentation of the seventh edition of the Scientific and Practical Commentary on the Civil Code of Ukraine took place at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. The publication is based on the analysis of civil law and the generalization of judicial practice, and contains an article-by-article interpretation of the current Civil Code of Ukraine, as well as other legislative acts.
