
The Heads of the Educational and Research Institutes congratulated the cadets who demonstrated high results in athletics, WAKO kickboxing and kettlebell lifting. They took prizes in all-Ukrainian and regional competitions.

The Ukrainian Cup in WAKO kickboxing was held in the city of Khmelnytskyi, in which athletes from different regions of the country took part. Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs also distinguished themselves among the tournament participants, demonstrating a high level of training and winning prizes.

Andrii YASHCHENKO, Head of the scientific club of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1, invited the members of the scientific club to participate in the round table discussion ‘Ius puniendi: voices of the ages in harmony with the days’ dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Professor M. I. Panov.

The Ukrainian Cup in Kettlebell Sports was held in the city of Dubliany, Lviv region. The team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the competition, demonstrating high results in the individual competition among juniors.

The Department of Social and Humanitarian Work and Patriotic Education of the Cadet-Student Parliament of KhNUIA organized a quiz for first-year cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1. Participants answered questions on Ukrainian history and culture, recognized songs and architectural monuments, and analyzed legal situations.

A meeting was held with the 1st year cadets of the ERI No. 1 by Ruslan CHYCHA, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation, on the topic of "Observance of traffic rules". The purpose of the event is to raise awareness among young people about safe behavior on the roads, because it is on everyone's attentiveness and responsibility that the preservation of life and health depends.

A sports and patriotic holiday was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the occasion of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine. After the performance of the National Anthem, those present honored the memory of those who showed patriotism, loyalty, heroism and laid down their lives for the unity and independence of our state with a minute of silence.

As part of informal (informal) education, second-year master's students and graduate students of Educational and Research Institute No. 1 successfully completed the online course "Pre-trial Investigation Standards", implemented on the EdEra platform.

The event was dedicated to the issues of observing service discipline and personal safety rules while performing duties in difficult conditions of martial law. Particular attention was paid to the algorithm of actions in the event of air raids, the need to strictly adhere to the established rules of conduct.

The simulation case was attended by Professor of the Department of Operational and Detective Activities and Crime Solution of the ERI No. 2 Oleksii DEREVIAHIN and Associate Professor of the Department of Criminology and Forensic Expertise of the ERI No. 1 Anastasia VUIMA, cadets of the ERI No. 1, No. 2 and No. 4.
