Young scientists of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs - representatives of Faculties No. 2 and No. 3 - took part in the round table "Day of Ukrainian Statehood - affirmation of historical justice", timed to the Day of Ukrainian Statehood. The event was organized by Vinnytsia Regional Universal Scientific Library.

The School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held the first introductory webinar in the framework of cooperation with Kharkiv local center for providing free secondary legal assistance.

On the eve of the Statehood Day of Ukraine, the cadets of the Faculty No. 4 visited Omelnytska Secondary School of I-III grades in the village of Omelnyk, Poltava Region to participate in a friendly football, volleyball and table tennis competition dedicated to the Statehood Day of Ukraine. 

Kateryna Maravska, Senior Researcher of the Research Organization Department of the Research Organization and Intellectual Property Protection Department, took part in a Clarivate webinar on the topic “Research Smarter: Demonstrating Your Institution’s Research”. The speaker of the event was Iryna Tykhonkova, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Clarivate Regional Solutions Consultant.

On August 4, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Odessa State University of Internal Affairs, an international round table "Language training of police officers: traditions, prospects and foreign experience" will be held. Scientists, applicants for higher education, who conduct scientific research in the areas of work of the round table, are invited to participate.

On July 28, on the Day of Ukrainian Statehood, cadets of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs participated in city events. Together with the leadership and the public of the city, the military put flowers at the graves of fallen defenders of Ukraine in the Russian-Ukrainian war and fallen Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred. 

Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Natalia Horobets, became an in-person student of the course "The Swedish school system" and "Swedish education system" at the University of Malmö (Sweden). 

The Department of Criminology, Forensic Expertise and Pre-medical Training of the Faculty No. 1 has initiated a cycle of field training in criminology on the basis of the forensic support sector of the investigative department of Kamianets-Podilskyi police department. 

Curators of student groups - Associate Professors of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the Faculty No. 6 of KhNUIA Andrii Denysov, Daria Korobtsova and others held lectures with students about the first celebration of the Day of Ukrainian Statehood. 

For the cadets of the Faculty No. 4, a class on providing first aid was held. The course was conducted by the instructor of the 44th training center, Roman Butrimov. Various types of injuries received during hostilities and rocket fire were considered. The acquired skills are extremely relevant today and will help save more than one person's life.
