At Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the admission campaign for the budgetary form of education (cadets) has finished. Young men and women from different regions of Ukraine arrived at the university to take entrance exams. All of them connect their future with service in the ranks of the National Police, because the future profession was chosen following soul and heart.

Zakhar Demydov, an employee of the Research Laboratory on Problems of Information Technologies and Combating Crime in cyberspace of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the webinar from Cisco companies "Security Resilience in a Hybrid World", part 2.

On August 15–17, 2022, the Ukrainian Sambo Championship was held in Kyiv. According to the results of the competition, Vasyl Sydor, a 3rd year cadet of the Faculty No. 2, took first place and won the right to participate in the world championship, which will be held in October this year in the Republic of Armenia.

Active interaction with the structural divisions of the NPU in the city of Smila, Cherkasy region, continues. Associate Professor of the Department of Labor and Economic Law of the Faculty No. 2 Olena Chornous informed the employees of the police department about the peculiarities of the 2022 admission campaign to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. 

3rd year cadet of the Faculty No. 4, head of the cadet-student self-government Oleksandr Babych and cadets of Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA Dmytro Khodin, Marharyta Kaptsevych and Oleksii Voloshyn - members of the vocal ensemble "Kryla" (the leader is the head of the club of the Department of Social and Humanitarian, Vocational Guidance and Educational Work of KFC of KhNUIA Tetiana Bulat) - took first place in the 5th All-Ukrainian multi-genre competition "Battle of Genres".

With the help of the Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko, people with disabilities received certificates for electric scooters, which were handed to them by the director of the Department of Health Protection of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Haustov.

Senior teacher of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of the Faculty No. 4 Viktoria Fylypska took part in the International Internship on the topic "Academic Integrity", which took place remotely on the basis of the Higher Theological University in Warsaw.

As part of the celebration of the Youth Day 2022, the leading specialist of the personnel support department of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Hanna Mititiel, and the deputy head of the student-cadet parliament, 3rd-year cadet Mykola Siroshtan, took part in the youth forum "Ukrainian youth impresses: Sumy".

Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor Tetiana Herashchenko, together with the Head of the Department of Theory and Practice of Romance-Germanic Languages ​​of Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Victoria Soloshchenko, held a binary class in sociology on the topic "Social structure of Germany".
