
Mykola Ishchenko, Head of the Regional Service Center of the MIA's Main Service Center in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, met with Oleksandr Marunchak, Director of the Driving School for Persons with Disabilities of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, during a working trip to Kamianets Region.

The seminar-meeting, organized by the Department of Preventive Activities of the National Police of Ukraine, is attended by police units of the convoy service of the National Police of Ukraine and those responsible for monitoring and control. Maksym Skydan, Head of the Department of Organization of the Convoy Service Units of the Department of Preventive Activities of the NPU, addressed the audience.

Yuliia Zahumenna, Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Faculty No. 1, took part online in the III International Forum “Mediation and Law”. The event is the largest specialized event in Ukraine and is dedicated to the development of mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods.

Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty №6, Doctor of History, Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine Volodymyr Hrechenko took part in the XIII International Scientific and Theoretical Conference “Challenges in Science of Nowadays” in Washington, DC, in absentia.

During the formation of the personnel of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Dean Vitalii Romaniuk awarded the cadets for their scientific activity and sporting achievements. He presented certificates to 2nd year cadets Diana Reida and Dmytro Miroshnyk, who took part in an international scientific and practical conference held in Chicago, USA, and published their abstracts.

Oleksandr Skliar, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty № 3 of KhNUIA, took the course “Critical Thinking for Educators”. The educational process based on the principles of critical thinking has become the basis of educational reforms in the leading European countries over the past ten years.

For more than a year, a Driving School for people with disabilities has been operating at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and has all the conditions for learning. In addition to graduates and students of the Driving School, its work is positively noted by representatives of public organizations that help combatants adapt to today's realities.

Veterans deserve the best conditions for health recovery and social adaptation. One of the priority areas of work with them at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs is the development of veteran sports, which is very important for their successful and rapid rehabilitation.

The first-year students of the Faculty No. 3 Roman Dmytriiev, Anna Dzhus, Oleh Stefanenko and Olena Zhuravska, who are members of the School of Scientific Leadership of KhNUIA, took part in the International Writing Contest 2024 from the Udaan Youth Club (UYC) with their works in English.

Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Process of the Faculty №1, Candidate of Law, Professor Iryna Kazanchuk took part in the course “Digitalization of the Attestation Process. Updates and innovations of the EAS platform” under the program of professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers.
