Iryna Kazanchuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure, PhD in Law, Professor, took part in an online course developed by the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF) in partnership with the EdEra online education studio and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

A lesson on “Criminal offenses against sexual freedom and sexual inviolability of a person” was held for applicants for higher education at the ERI # 1. They considered a number of offenses provided for in Articles 152-156 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding the detailed definition of their objective and subjective features.

On the eve of the UN Future Summit, the NORRAG Global Education Center (Geneva, Switzerland) publishes a collection of materials from around the world on youth participation in the governance of the United Nations at the national or local levels. On the initiative of Oksana Tsukan, Assistant Rector on Gender Issues, students Oksana Sobko, Anna Dzhus, and Olena Zhuravska prepared their own essays in English for the international collection.

The head of the scientific group, professor of the department, Doctor of Law, Professor Sviatoslav Slipchenko and the head of the department, Candidate of Law, Professor Oleksii Zaitsev held a meeting on “Problematic issues of civil law”.

Kateryna Chyshko, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Activity, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, took a course on this topic. She successfully passed the final test and received a certificate confirming the high level of her knowledge and skills in the field of interaction between public authorities and the public.

Curators of educational work, specialists of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work Valentina Lavrusenko, Natalia Kuznetsova, Maria Artiukhova and Andrii Prokhorov held conversations on bullying prevention for students of the ERI №№1-4.

The course on “Managing Foreign National Prisoners” was attended by Volodymyr Ivantsov, Head of the Postgraduate (Adjunct) and Doctoral Studies Department, and Daniil Zinchenko, an adjunct of the same department.

On the eve of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, university students together with the staff of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work visited one of the medical institutions. Participants of the university's amateur performances prepared a patriotic program for police and military personnel undergoing treatment and rehabilitation after injuries.

Vitalii Naida, the Head of the School of Scientific Leadership of KhNUIA, held an organizational online meeting with the first-year students of the ERI №1. He acquainted the cadets with the history of the School of Scientific Leadership, the main achievements of the School's participants, outlined the purpose, tasks and its structure.
