
Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Yuliia Bezusa organized a meeting with the graduating students of Kharkiv Lyceum №34 of Kharkiv City Council. She familiarized future applicants with this year's university admission requirements.

Employees of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work told higher education students of the Educational and Research Institutes №№1-5 about the world-famous Ukrainian opera singer, soloist of the Paris National Opera, volunteer, participant of the Revolution of Dignity and the fighting in eastern Ukraine Vasyl Slipak.

The problem of social adaptation of combatants, many of whom have been injured and left with disabilities, is extremely important during the war. For the second year, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has been actively involved in the implementation of the “No Barriers” project by opening a Driving School for people with disabilities.

During their vacation, the first-year students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs met with school graduates from Cherkasy and Vinnytsia regions. The future police officers told the lyceum students about the peculiarities of entering the university, specialties and directions of the educational process.

At the initiative of the Department of Science and Education of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, the regional stage of the XV International Taras Shevchenko Literary and Language Competition for Pupils and Students was held, the purpose of which is to identify creatively gifted youth and develop their potential, foster respect for the language and traditions of their people, and improve the level of language education.

Within the framework of the project of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine #Friendly Support, the first and second year students congratulated IDP children who are engaged in the circles of the Center for Culture and Leisure of Sumy City Council. The students prepared an interesting holiday program that included competitions and fun activities.

Kostiantyn Sverdlin, a lecturer of the cycle of general professional training of the Center for Primary Professional Training “Police Academy” of KhNUIA, attended a course of lectures by British scholars - honorary professors of the Open University Institute of Education Mike Sharples and University College London Rose Luckin.

Olha Melnychuk, a 3rd year cadet of the ERI №1, took part in the event organized by the MDNP in Ternopil region to promote higher education institutions with specific training conditions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. For two days they met with high school students of secondary schools №№ 2, 13 and 18, as well as students of the Academic Lyceum “Genesis” in Ternopil.

Students of Makiivka Lyceum and Kurozvanivka Lyceum in Rivne region met with Artem Prymak and Oleksandr Zavodnyi. They shared their own experience of entering Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, told about all the stages of the admission campaign - from preparing for exams to submitting documents.

The monograph “Criminal Radicalism in Penitentiary Institutions” is devoted to the development of criminological principles of counteracting criminal radicalism in penitentiary institutions on the basis of its comprehensive criminological characteristics, description and explanation of the state.
