
The monograph "On the banner of our university "Knowledge. Law. Honor. Victory" was published, authored by the Rector of KhNUIA Valerii Sokurenko and the head of the department of humanities and Ukrainian studies Volodymyr Hrechenko.

Deputy Director Ella Tverdokhlib, Head of the Department Iryna Panova, Professors of the Department Svitlana Popova and Olena Syniavska, and Leading Specialist of the Preparatory Department Oleksandr Mishchenko spoke with future entrants.

Professors of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1 Hennadii Hlobenko and Olena Martovytska completed an International Distance Scientific and Pedagogical Internship on the topic: "Academic Integrity and Non-Formal Education in the Preparation of Applicants for the Specialty "Law Enforcement Activities": International and Domestic Experience."

Representatives of research laboratories and departments of the Educational and Research Institutes of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in a meeting of the working group on forecasting the development of the security environment in Ukraine. The event was organized by the Department of Situational Analysis and Forecasting of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

In their free time, university cadets continue their volunteer work, joining in weaving camouflage nets for units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The military received another batch of protective nets that will reduce the risks of our defenders coming under fire, camouflage equipment, warehouses, and even positions.

Associate professors of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5, candidates of psychological sciences Yana Ponomarenko and Alla Shilina acted as speakers at an extended meeting dedicated to the topic "Joint work of educational institutions, the parent community, law enforcement agencies and social services to prevent the recruitment of children and their involvement in subversive activities."

The kick-off meeting of the International Research Consortium on the project "Children-Online", which is implemented within the framework of the SafeOnline program, took place in the city of Krakow. KhNUIA was presented by the Head of the Research laboratory for social and psychological support, assistance and rehabilitation of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the ERI No. 3 Oleksii Serdiuk.

The competition, organized by the departments of language training and constitutional and international law and human rights of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, was attended by students of graduating classes/courses of technical schools, colleges, schools, lyceums and general secondary education institutions. Its goal is to raise awareness of children’s rights and promote the creation of a school environment in which these rights are respected and supported.

Dmytro Slynko, Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights of KhNUIA, participated in the webinars "Strengthening Ukrainian Higher Education: Orientation in the AI Revolution in Teaching and Learning" and "Generative Artificial Intelligence and Education: Challenges and Opportunities."

The event was attended by the coordinator of the Legal Clinic branch of KhNUIA in the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi, Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Yulia Zahumenna, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation Alina Piddubna, and cadets of the ERI No. 1.
