
The Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 of KhNUIA together with the Department of Law of the Faculty of Humanities and Law of National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute" held the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Human Rights: Problems of Implementation and Realities of Today".

Enrollment of students for the Preparatory Department of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 continues, classes of which will start on December 13, 2025. Within five months, the participants of the courses will prepare for admission to higher education institutions of Ukraine, primarily to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

In Kalynivka in Vinnytsia region, an open All-Ukrainian tournament in Makotokai karate took place. First-year cadet of the Educational and Research Institute No. 3 Sviatoslav HYZHKO worthily represented Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and demonstrated a high level of sports training.

As part of the Integrity Week 2025, cadets of the ERI No. 4 conducted a number of integrity lessons for students of secondary education institutions of Khmelnytskyi region. The meetings became an important part of a nationwide initiative aimed at forming an understanding among young people of the value of honesty, responsibility and transparency in everyday life.

A master class «Light for Trenches» was held in Kamianets-Podilskyi, which was attended by first-year students of the Educational and Research Institute No.5. The event is organized by the Youth Council under the Kamianets-Podilskyi Mayor.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, having a National H-index score of – 30, took 110th place and remains the only one among the HEI of the MIA that train police officers, which is included in the category «High scientific potential».

Alina RUZHYNSKA, student of the Educational and Research Institute No.5, took part in an offline training on the training of members of the public, who will be involved in visits to places of detention within the framework of the functioning of the National Preventive Mechanism (NPM).

Representatives of the Educational and Research Institute No. 3 responded to the urgent need for blood plasma for the treatment and rehabilitation of wounded servicemen. They joined the donation at the Biopharma Plasma Medical Center.

Students of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5, who study in the specialty "Law", joined the collaborative project "School of the Future Lawyer", organized by the Council of Advocates of Kharkiv region in partnership with the institute.

As part of the formation of civic responsibility and the development of volunteer culture among the youth of the ERI No. 4, cadets of all courses, together with the volunteer organization "Women's Hundred" in Kamianets-Podilskyi, once again joined charitable activities aimed at supporting military personnel.
