
In April 2022, Vasyl SHAFRANSKYI volunteered to serve in territorial defense units, later in a military unit. He took part in combat actions in the Donetsk direction. While performing a mission near Bakhmut, he was seriously wounded and lost his lower limb.

For cadets of the tactical and special unit "SHIELD", a field-based practical lesson was held on conducting fire contact by small tactical groups of the police in urban areas. The participants worked out the tactics of actions of small groups, algorithms for fighting in conditions of intense fire contact.

In order to prepare cadets for completing service and combat tasks, a practical lesson in tactical and special training was held. During the lesson, the participants became familiar with the requirements for choosing places for organization of the positions, practiced the procedure for equipping a foxhole and firing positions.
