Kateryna Krapivna, a second-year cadet of the Sumy branch of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took the first place in the Sumy region powerlifting championship in the weight
category up to 63 kg among girls.

On the occasion of the All-Ukrainian Olympic lesson, the Sumy branch of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted the Spartakiad "Start of Hope" among the 1st year students, dedicated to the Day of Physical Culture and Sports. The event was organized by Associate Professor of Humanities Department Tatiana Belous and the Student Parliament.

This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs during the online conference "Digital Transformation of the State: Prospects and Risks of Cyber Security". Arsen Avakov said that the number of cybercrimes had increased 2.5 times in the last 5 years, and cyberspace had become the fifth battleground.

A regular meeting of the Academic Council took place in the Sumy branch of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. At the beginning of the work, the director of the Sumy branch, Doctor of Law, Professor Serhiy Lukash presented awards to the employees and cadets.

A panel discussion on effective communication within the # UN75 initiative took place at the language center of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Representatives of the university, Sumy branch of KhNUIA, UN agencies in Ukraine participated in it with the help of online communication.

A scheduled meeting of the Pedagogical Council of the Kremenchug Flight College of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took place. The results of the university admissions process in 2020 and others were summed up. 

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs signed a Declaration on Cooperation with the Pomeranian Academy in Slupsk (Poland), which opens new opportunities for  the university.

Proper organization of research in the modern system of higher education is impossible without the formation of the basic knowledge, skills and abilities in the use of international scientometric databases and adherence to the principles of academic integrity and prevention of plagiarism among scientific staff of higher education institutions.

Natalia Dovbysh, Inspector of the Research Department of the Kremenchug Flight College of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, successfully completed a course on "Child Safety on the Internet", developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on the National Online Platform on Digital Literacy.

Professor of the Pedagogy and Psychology Department, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor Natalia Miloradova conducted online the first of several planned trainings on preventing and combating domestic violence for instructors of the National Police training centers and teachers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs educational institutions.
