A meeting of the cadets` scientific group of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the topic "Lexical and grammatical difficulties in writing a scientific article" was held.

A meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of Faculty №6 was held under the leadership of Associate Professor Irina Lutsenko. The topic of the meeting was a study of the problems related to the armament of citizens with civilian firearms.

A meeting of the Scientific Society of students, cadets, graduate students, adjuncts, doctoral students, and young scientists of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was held. During the event, the participants were presented the work plan of the Commission for the Academic Integrity of the University for 2021.

Svitlana Cherednyk, a lecturer of subdivision of philological disciplines of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and the Head of the scientific circle “Implementation of the communicative, culturological, thought-creating function of language” held a scientific circle.

Actual problems of administrative activity of National Police became the topic of the meeting of the scientific society "Problems of Administrative Law" of the Department of Law Enforcement and Police Studies of Faculty № 6. It is the component of law enforcement police activity.

A regular meeting of the scientific group of students of the Department of Civil Law and Proceedings of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took place, which was attended by the Deputy Dean of the Faculty, Associate Professor Serhii Zahorodnii.

Within the framework of the Scientific Society of students, cadets, graduate students, adjuncts, doctoral students and young scientists of the University, Advisor to the Rector for Gender Issues, PhD in Law, Oksana Tsukan gave a lecture for third (higher education) level students on the topic: "Jean Monnet in the EU Erasmus + Program framework: opportunities for young scientists".

On the eve of the International Native Language Day, which is celebrated by the world community on February 21, a round table "Language is a precious treasure of the people" was held within the scientific circle of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities at the faculty № 6 senior teachers Mykhailo Ovchinnikov and Natalia Kobylko.

Oleksandr Khan, Candidate of Law, Chairman of the Scientific Society, Volodymyr Chumak, Head of the Department of Scientific Work Organization, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor and Serhii Hirenko, Deputy Dean of the Faculty № 2 Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor held a lecture for cadets of the faculty №2 on compliance with the rules of academic integrity.

A two-day webinar on the topic «De-escalation Techniques for Police» was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The webinar was conducted in English with consecutive translation into Ukrainian.
