The meeting of the circle, dedicated to the topic of worldview, was held under the chairmanship of Associate Professor of the Department Olena SHAKHOVA. The event was attended by students and teachers of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA, as well as representatives of the State Biotechnological University.

The final meeting of the scientific circle was held under the chairmanship of Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Process, Criminology and Expertise of the ERI No. 5, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor Svitlana LOZOVA. She summed up the activities of the circle for the 2024-2025 academic year and outlined promising areas for further research.

The final meeting of the commission of the competition "Scientist of the Year" of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, which is being held for the first time this year, was opened by the First Vice-Rector of the university, Viktor VASYLENKO. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of holding such events for the development of university science and its popularization.

Professor of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy of the ERI No. 3 Svitlana KHARCHENKO took part in the scientific and practical conference with international participation "Personality in Extreme Conditions", which was organized by the Faculty of Psychology and Social Protection of Lviv State University of Life Safety.

On the initiative of the Department of Scientific Activities of the Student Council of the ERI No. 5, senior lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology Yulia MYTROFANOVA held a meeting with the institute's higher education students to familiarize themselves with the activities of the department's scientific circle.

At the ERI No. 1, great attention is paid to the comprehensive development of cadets not only within the educational process, but also in extracurricular time. The main directions are the stimulation of scientific activity, the development of sportsmanship and adherence to the principles of academic integrity.

A doctoral student of the Department of Doctoral and Adjunct Studies (Postgraduate Studies) Kateryna SHAPOVAL took part in the III International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference "Current Aspects of the Development of STEM Education in the Conditions of European Integration", which was held at the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs.

The next meeting of the scientific circle "Current Problems of the Theory and History of State and Law" was held, organized by the Department of Theory and History of State and Law. The event was held in a mixed format - in person at the university location in the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi and remotely using an online platform.

The information forum dedicated to the EU Horizon Europe Program, in particular its cluster 3 "Civil Security for Society", was attended by representatives of scientific institutions and higher education institutions. The Head of the International Cooperation Department, Tetiana MATIUSHKOVA, addressed the participants, who emphasized the importance of international scientific cooperation.

During the online event, student Yevhenia KOZLOVA gave a report on the topic "On criminal liability for the abuse of artificial intelligence." The Head of the circle, Associate Professor of the Department Yaroslav LANTINOV, reported on the state of criminal law science regarding the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
