The university conducts group team-building sessions for first-year students, aimed at facilitating adaptation to the specific conditions of study and service. Psychologists of the psychological support department of the personnel support department of KhNUIA conduct adaptation trainings, the purpose of which is to create an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect.
On the occasion of the 34th anniversary of Ukraine's Independence, a meaningful program was organized for the first-year students of the camp, which combined learning about history, getting acquainted with cultural heritage, and active recreation. All this helped the young people to better understand the importance of national culture and traditions.

A sports and patriotic holiday was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the occasion of the Day of the State Flag and the Independence Day of Ukraine. A new set of higher education applicants in the specialty D1 "Accounting and Taxation" began their studies at the ERI No. 4. A new set of higher education applicants has begun their studies at the Educational and Research Institute No. 4. The guarantors of educational and professional programs met with the first-year students in offline and online formats, who introduced the cadets to the selective educational components of the first year of study, which will contribute to the formation of their individual educational trajectories.
Employees of the social and humanitarian work department held an informational and patriotic event for the cadets of the camp gathering of the ERI No. 1-4 on the topic "Graduates of KhNUIA fought for the freedom of Ukraine", the purpose of which is to form in young people a sense of pride for their Alma Mater, to cultivate patriotism, love for Ukraine and awareness of the high mission of a law enforcement officer.
On this topic, employees of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held a meaningful informational and patriotic event for cadets of the camp of the ERI No. 1-4 with the aim of forming a deeper understanding of the historical path of our state to independence, awareness of the value of freedom and national dignity.
A rich program was organized within the framework of the camp for cadets of the ERI No. 1-4, which combines educational patriotic activities, cultural recreation and sports initiatives. Its main goal is to help young people feel part of a large community, form a national identity, strengthen moral stability and encourage a healthy lifestyle.
As part of the camp for cadets of the ERI No. 1–4, employees of the social and humanitarian work department held an information and educational hour dedicated to the formation of a culture of a healthy and responsible lifestyle.
