From January 15 to January 21, 2024, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in cooperation with partners - the Cyber Police Department of the National Police of Ukraine, the Department of Information and Analytical Support of the National Police of Ukraine, the Science Park "Science and Security" - will conduct the Cyber KhNUIA web quest for students and graduates of general secondary, vocational (vocational-technical) and professional higher education institutions of Ukraine.

Representatives of KhNUIA took part in the scientific and practical conference "Problems of improving private law mechanisms for the acquisition, transfer, exercise and protection of subjective civil and family rights in modern conditions in Ukraine" dedicated to the memory of Professor Chingizkhan Nufatovich Azimov.

The academic staff of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty №4 of KhNUIA - Head of the Department Olena Stativka, Associate Professors of the same Department Oleh Honcharuk, Valentyna Kochyna, Valentyna Pochuieva, Senior Lecturers Artem Bilousov and Larysa Sazanova - attended the online webinar "Learn from Experience" of the "I Teach PTE Academic: Build Your Learners' Confidence series" from Pearson / PTE.

The Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized a concert program "New Year's Journeys" for the applicants for higher education of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, which was presented by the winners and finalists of the Black Sea Games and the national selection of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

Representatives of the Faculty No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took an online course "Clear about Conflict of Interest" from the NACP on the Prometheus learning platform. The course participants learned about the content of a conflict of interest and how to prevent it, and got acquainted with the issue of liability for violation of the requirements for preventing and resolving conflicts of interest.

With the aim of national and patriotic, military and patriotic education of youth, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized a creative meeting "Cossacks - Ukrainian elite from ancient times to the present" of Ukrainian writer, poet, literary critic, journalist, musician, leader of the rock band "Decadence", Zaporizhzhia artist Valentyn Terletskyi with cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of KhNUIA.

Police Lieutenant Vitalii Karpinskyi, investigator of the Investigation Department of the Police Department No. 3 of Khmelnytskyi District Police Department of the National Police of Ukraine in Khmelnytskyi Region, and Larysa Sazanova, senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty No. 4 of KhNUIA, conducted a binary lesson for 4th year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 on the subject "Foreign Language for Professional Purposes" on the topic "To Serve and Protect".

Olena Stativka, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty No. 4 of KhNUIA, took part in the International Online Trainings: "Analysis of the Pearson English International Certificate - Speaking section", "Analysis of the Pearson English International Certificate - Writing section" from Dinternal Education.

Larysa Sazanova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, attended the online conference "Young Learners Conference Ukraine" from the National Geographic Learning publishing house and Linguist. The event addressed the issues of using images to motivate foreign language learning, development of communication and cognitive skills.

Within the framework of the academic mobility program, representatives of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA - Head of the Department of Constitutional and International Law Tetiana Hudz and fourth-year cadet Yuliia Druzhynina - took part in didactic classes on mediation, negotiation and arbitration, in particular international arbitration during martial law.
