Curators of educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held informational and educational talks with cadets of the Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-4 on the occasion of the Unity Day of Ukraine.

At all locations of KhNUIA - in Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytska, Sumy and Poltava regions - students and university employees celebrated an important historical and political event - the unification of the Ukrainian People's Republic and the Western Ukrainian People's Republic into a single (unified) Ukrainian state.

Deputy Director for Educational and Research Activities of the ERI No. 2, Associate Professor Serhii Hirenko, Head of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the ERI No. 4, Professor Iryna Sievidova, and Associate Professor of the same department Viktoria Veliieva held an online meeting with students of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 163.

A 2nd year cadet of the ERI No. 2, Tymur Perepelytsia, who was elected chairman of the social issues committee of the Student Council, took part in the IV session of the Student Council of Vinnytsia Region. Timur actively demonstrated himself in solving public issues, contributing to the development of youth policy in the region.

A meeting of the cadet and student self-government of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was held with the participation of the First Vice-rector of the university, Viktor Vasylenko, and Vice-rector, Oleksandr Muzychuk.

The ability to properly secure weapons, even in stressful situations, is an important component of the training of future police officers. Special physical training includes countermeasure techniques that help maintain control over weapons in physical confrontation, as well as improve movements and reactions to attempts to seize them.

Employees of the Practical Training Department of the Educational Process Organization Department of KhNUIA and the leadership of Kamianets-Podilskyi district police department of the Main Police Department in Khmelnytskyi region organized and held a working meeting with students of the master's degree program of the ERI No. 1, cadets of the ERI No. 1 and No. 2, who are currently undergoing internships.

The participants of the meeting presented reports on the work done, spoke about achievements and successfully implemented initiatives, and also shared plans for the future. Special attention was paid to discussing ways to improve the work of the Parliament.

Vice-Rector of the University Oleksandr Muzychuk held a working meeting with curators of educational groups of the ERI No. 1–5, Sumy branch and Kremenchuk Flight College. The participants of the meeting summed up the work of the curators in the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year and outlined further tasks for the second semester.

Higher education students at all locations of KhNUIA joined an online meeting with the defender of Donetsk airport, former lecturer at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, and today the Director of the Lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city of Dnipro, Lieutenant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Kyrylo Nedria.
