The Department of Organization of Career Guidance of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs organized and held another online meeting on the features of admission and study at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2025 on a budgetary basis and at the expense of individuals and legal entities.

On this topic, the senior police officer of the prevention department of Kremenchuk DPD of the Main Department of National Police of Poltava region, Ihor DRAHAN, together with the professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 3, Maryna DZHAFAROVA, held a binary lesson for second-year cadets of the ERI No. 2 on the academic discipline "Administrative Procedure".

A binary lesson for cadets of group 204 of the ERI No. 3 on the discipline "Special Physical Training" was conducted by Ivan OMELIANENKO, a senior lecturer at the Department of the ERI No. 2, and a police officer of the community of the SVG of Zhmerynskyi Regional Police Department No. 1 of the Main Police Department of Vinnytsia Region, police captain, participant in hostilities Vladyslav KARYI. The topic was "Methods of Detention."

On the eve of the Day of Resistance to the Occupation of Crimea, the curators of educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held informational and educational talks on the topic "Crimea is in our hearts" for cadets and students of Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-5.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Rector of the university, the Chairman of the Academic Council Valerii SOKURENKO congratulated and presented the departmental incentive awards of the National Police of Ukraine to the employees of the university. The members of the Academic Council discussed a number of topical issues of the higher education institution under martial law

February 24 was established as the National Day of Prayer by a Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. It was on February 24, 2022 that Russia crossed the last line - it began a bloody full-scale war against Ukraine and the genocide of the Ukrainian people. Ukraine survived thanks to the patriots of its state, as well as prayer for Ukraine.

The European MMA (mixed martial arts) championship was held in the capital of Serbia, Belgrade, from February 17 to 24. 800 participants from 35 European countries took part in the competition. The first-year cadet of the ERI №2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Yana SHELEMBA, performed in the youth championship.

A video lecture was held at all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with the participation of the Chief Specialist of the Central Interregional Department of the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance, Oleksii SERVETNIK, dedicated to the 11th anniversary of the start of the war and the third anniversary of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation.

Lecturer of the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2, Master of Sports of Ukraine in basketball Oleksandr SHEPELEV, as part of the basketball team "Rivne-OSHVSM", took part in the regular championship match of the Favbet Super League, which took place in Lutsk. The "Rivne-OSHVSM" team met with the "Stary Lutsk" team.

A track and field race was held at all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with the participation of cadets, students, master's students, employees and management of the university.
