
Oleksandr Barbaniuk, an investigator of the Department for Detection of Crimes Committed Against Life and Health of a Person of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, and Nataliia Shyshka, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil, Labour and Commercial Law of the ERI No. 1, conducted a binary lesson on ‘Property Rights and Other Proprietary Rights’ for the students of the ERI No. 4.

The issues of conducting investigative (search) actions, in particular search and inspection, were considered by students of the study groups of the ERI No. 2 during the classes conducted by Valeriia Hnatenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organisation of Pre-trial Investigation of the Institute of Education and Research No. 1, together with Oleksandr Hurin, Deputy Head of Vinnytsia Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Bohdana Chupyra, investigator of the Investigation Department of Uman District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Cherkasy Region, together with Valentyna Yatsenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure, conducted classes with students of the ERI No. 1. They studied the composition of an administrative offense and found out its importance for the work of law enforcement agencies.

The World Kettlebell Lifting Championships were held on the island of Kerkyra (Greece), in which athletes from 30 countries took part. Yaroslava Kremel, a cadet of the University, entered the National Team of Ukraine. The girl adequately represented our country and took the third place in the competition.

On October 21, 2024, at 14:00, the course Jean Monnet Module “Digital Transformation of Rights: EU Experience” (DiTraRi_EU 101127785), implemented by the Department of Civil, Labor and Commercial Law of the ERI №1, will begin teaching.

Kyiv Invincibility Marathon 2024 took place on Trukhaniv Island in Kyiv, bringing together about 10,000 participants from both Ukraine and other countries. Among the marathoners were representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

The Rector of the University Valerii Sokurenko congratulated the cadets on their achievements in various sports competitions. The Police General noted that it is important for a police officer to be in good physical shape to perform their duties with dignity. The Rector wished the youth new victories and urged them to continue to keep the bar high in sports and education.

Investigator of Pervomaiskyi District Police Department of Mykolaiv Region Viktoriia Bila and Associate Professor of the Department of Civil, Labor and Commercial Law of the ERI No. 1 Nataliia Shyshka conducted a binary class for students of the ERI No. 4 in the discipline “Civil Law and Procedure”.

The director of the center Tetiana Smetaniuk acquainted the representatives of the cadet council of the ERI №1 with the history of the organization, projects and events that are planned to be held with the involvement of young people. She spoke about the main activities of the center - addressing issues of social formation, intellectual, moral and spiritual development of young people, promoting their self-realization, etc.

This was the topic of a binary lesson in the discipline “Criminal Law” conducted by Bohdan Levchyk, an investigator of Rivne Investigation Department of Rivne Regional Police, and Yulia Inshekova, a senior lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology at the ERI No. 1.
