
Psychology students of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Viktoriia Kyrko and Tetiana Tykhonenko, took part in the 3rd All-Ukrainian Open Marathon on the Ukrainian language, entering the top twenty in the "Students of higher education" category.

All cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs will receive the skills to provide first psychological aid thanks to the introduction of the training “Crisis and Growth: Mental Health and Assistance to Survivors of Trauma”, developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The collection of scientific works "Bulletin of the Criminological Association of Ukraine" No. 2 for 2022 was published. The collection includes topical articles devoted to both fundamental and applied problems of countering crime by criminal-legal, criminological, criminal-executive means, in particular, in the conditions of martial law.

On January 16, Ukraine has the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Donetsk Airport. Graduates of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs honored the memory of servicemen and volunteers who showed courage and heroism for 242 days while defending Donetsk airport. As a sign of respect and gratitude for their bravery, the cadets put flowers at the memorial.

A tour of the author's exhibition of sculptures by Oleksii Leonov "Light of Humanity" was held for university staff. Vice-rector Anatolii Klochko noted that due to the exhibition of the outstanding master of sculpture, cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine have the opportunity to expand their artistic horizons and get acquainted with sculptures and photographs of sculptures.

Svitlana Yasechko, associate professor of the Department of Civil and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty No. 4 of KhNUIA, held a career orientation meeting with the administration of Volodymyr-Volynskyi "Educational Complex of Secondary School of I-III Levels No. 3 - Lyceum" of Volyn Region.

The II International Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic "Discussions for the improvement of science" was held in Berlin (Federal Republic of Germany).

A meeting of the scientific group was held at the Department of Civil Law and Process of the Faculty No. 6 of KhNUIA, dedicated to the protection of the rights and interests of the child during the war and the activities of state bodies, which are entrusted with the obligation to provide legal protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the child.

Yuliia Zahumenna, Professor of the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law, Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA, completed a professional development course within the framework of the "Google Digital Tools for Education" program, recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with the support of Google Ukraine.

Mariia Ivakh, a student of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took 2nd place in the II stage of the ХХІІ International Ukrainian Language Competition named after Petro Yatsyk among students of institutions of higher and professional pre-higher education.
