
Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted a graduation ceremony for students of the specialization course for community police officers. This is another graduation of specialists trained by the university according to a new world model. From now on, the ranks of the National Police will be joined by qualified, motivated professionals who will selflessly protect the rights and freedoms of our citizens, sovereignty and territorial integrity, which are now being defended by the defenders of Ukraine on the front line.

Recently, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held graduation ceremonies for cadets at all locations of the university. This year, the excellence in education and service was personally congratulated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi and the Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko. Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was represented at the celebrations in Kyiv by the university staff and cadets headed by Rector Valerii Sokurenko, Police General of the third rank.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted the XXIV International Student Scientific and Practical Conference in Foreign Languages "Activities of Law Enforcement Agencies during and after Armed Conflicts (Foreign Experience)". The conference was opened by the Vice-Rector of the University, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Oleksandr Muzychuk.

Olena Yushkevych, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, PhD in Law, took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Social and Humanitarian Dimensions of the Rule of Law" held by Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.

Alona Komziuk, a lecturer of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty №1 of KhNUIA, visited Kamianets-Podilskyi Specialized Secondary School No. 5 with in-depth study of computer science in Khmelnytskyi region, where she talked to the graduating students.

The Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a regular online meeting of the students' scientific club. Doctor of Law, Professor Yurii Zhornokui gave a report to the participants of the meeting.

Daria Hlushkova, a lecturer at the Department of Law Enforcement and Policeistics, conducted a binary class on the discipline "Administrative and Jurisdictional Activities of the Police" for students majoring in Law Enforcement, together with Daryna Klymenko, an investigator of the Department for Particularly Serious Cases and Crimes Committed by Organized Groups and Criminal Organizations of the Investigation Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv Region.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted a scientific and practical conference "Crime and Counteraction to it in Wartime: Global, Regional and National Dimensions". The conference was opened by the Rector of the University, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Valerii Sokurenko.

31 students of the School from among the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Faculties №№ 1-4, 6, Sumy branch and Kremenchuk Flight College, who have up to 3 years of experience in scientific and pedagogical work in higher education institutions with specific learning conditions and persons who organize and support the educational process at the university, improved their skills.

Yuliia Zahumenna, Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, has successfully completed her professional development within the framework of the Winter School of Young Scientists 3.0, which was supported by the Council of Young Scientists at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
