An online meeting of the scientific group of the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA Technologies of the Faculty № 6 was held. The head of the club, Associate Professor Volodymyr Tulupov, outlined the organizational issues of the department's scientific club, acquainted the new members with the rules and regulations of the scientific association.

Representatives of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4 - Professor Andrii Voitsikhovskyi and Lecturer Vadym Maltsev - took part in a thematic online lecture by judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Halyna Yurovska and Viktor Horodovenko on the topic "Application of the European Court of Human Rights Case Law by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine".

The Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held the first meeting of the students' scientific club this academic year. Svitlana Lozova, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Forensics of the Faculty No. 6, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, and Svitlana Chernolohova, Chief Forensic Expert of the Sector for Research of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, Their Analogues and Precursors, Department for Research of Materials, Substances and Products of Kharkiv Scientific Research Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, took part in the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference

"Today, changes are taking place not only in the National Police. Reforms are ongoing in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service, service centers, and the entire leadership of the National Guard has been replaced. The Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized a concert at Vinnytsia Regional Philharmonic named after M. D. Leontovych for applicants for higher education of the Faculties № 2 and № 3. The concert was held on the occasion of the opening of the 87th concert season with the participation of guests - the Academic Symphony Orchestra of Khmelnytskyi Philharmonic.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted an information event for higher education students. The main speaker was Nadiia Ostapchuk, Anti-Trafficking Manager of the OSCE Support Program for Ukraine. Olena Ustymenko, Head of the International Cooperation Department, familiarized the audience with the history of cooperation between Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and the OSCE

On September 28, 2023, Leonid Dmytrovych Chernetskyi, a veteran of the internal affairs agencies, a senior executive, and a man of great heart and soul, would have turned 80 years old. His memory still lives on in the hearts of many people who knew and respected him.
