Higher education students of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs traditionally visited Sumy Specialized Children's Home and congratulated the kids on the warm and bright St. Nicholas Day.

Nataliia Khodieieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, curator of the student group, spoke about the celebration of a double holiday on December 6 - the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and St. Nicholas Day.

Valentyna Kochyna, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, attended the International Online Webinar "Reconstructing Homework: Why, Where and How?" from Linguist LLC and National Geographic Learning.

The 1st year students of the Faculty No. 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs have replenished the stocks of donated blood and its components by joining the "Donate Blood - Save Lives" campaign. Its main goal is to help those who need it most. Donated blood helps to treat and save lives.

On St. Nicholas Day, the leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs holds meetings with cadets and students who are orphans, deprived of parental care, and those who have lost relatives in the ongoing war. The meeting was attended by the Vice-Rector of the University Serhii Bortnyk, MP of Ukraine, member of the Supervisory Board of the University Iryna Borzova, and Head of Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration Serhii Borzov.

On the occasion of the International Anti-Corruption Day, Yana Mazur, the Anti-Corruption Commissioner of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, handed over more than 200 copies of printed publications received from representatives of the NATO Building Integrity Program to the university library.

Deputy Dean of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Kostiantyn Sverdlin visited Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum № 18 and met with its principal Alona Kuzema. He invited the final year students to take part in the Young Lawyer Olympiad organized by the Faculty № 6.

This year, the director of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Serhii Lukash held a traditional meeting with cadets in need of care and guardianship together with the head of the Main Department of the National Police in Sumy region Petro Tokar.

Employees of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Nataliia Kobylko, Olena Adamchuk and Oksana Vlasenko congratulated students studying in Khmelnytskyi region and living in the dormitory on St. Nicholas Day.

St. Nicholas Day is the most anticipated holiday by children. Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work, and cadets prepared and held a number of festive charity events for young Ukrainians as part of the "Give a Child Joy" volunteer campaign.
