
State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Inna Yashchuk chaired the fifth meeting of the Scientific Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with the participation of the Head of Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration Serhii Tiurin, Deputy Head and Secretary of the Scientific Council, members of the Scientific Council, rectors and vice-rectors of higher education institutions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Taras Mocherniuk, an operative of the Cybercrime Counteraction Unit in Chernivtsi Region of the NPU Cyberpolice Department, and Yulia Mytrofanova, a senior lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, conducted a binary lesson with law students of the Faculty № 6 in the discipline "Criminal Law".

Stanislav Ivanov, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty No. 1, held a regular meeting of the scientific group on issues related to the mechanism of legal regulation of law enforcement and human rights activities.

As part of the activities of the Center for Psychological Health of KhNUIA, Olena Makarova, senior lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3, Police Major, and 3rd year cadets Valentyn Paseniuk and Diana Shtyfurko, who are studying Psychology, held an information meeting "Countering Bullying".

Olena Svitlakova and Halyna Snihur, specialists of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Scientific Library, took part in the presentation of the book "Ukrainian Hummingbirds" by motivator and volunteer Svitlana Penkova, which took place on Heroes' Day at the Vinnytsia Regional Universal Scientific Library named after Valentyn Otamanovskyi.

This was the theme of the scientific and practical conference held at KhNUIA, dedicated to the 99th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding national scientist in the field of civil law, professor, doctor of law, laureate of the State Prize of the Ukrainian SSR, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Oleksandr Pushkin.

Natalia Novikova, Head of the Psychological Support Department of the Human Resources Department of KhNUIA, took part in the regional forum "Reflection. Values and Stories of Resilience" within the framework of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program "HOW ARE YOU?" - an initiative of Olena Zelenska and Mental Health Awareness Month 2024.

Professor of the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Premedical Training, Doctor of Law, Professor Oleksandr Yukhno presented the scientific library of KhNUIA with a copy of his monograph on "Peculiarities of pre-trial investigation on the application of compulsory medical measures".

The team of participants of the School of Scientific Leadership of KhNUIA, which included Ruslan Salohub, 2nd year cadet of the Faculty № 3, and Oleksandr Tarabanov and Milena Tsvietkova, first-year cadets of the Faculty № 2, received grant funding to implement their own project within the Upshift program.

The Dean of the Faculty № 6 Oksana Brusakova, faculty members Larysa Yarantseva, Yurii Hnusov and Svitlana Smorodska purchased a laptop, two Motorola radios, bales of camouflage fabric and construction materials for the defenders of the 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Kosh Ataman Ivan Sirko.
