For first-year students of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines Oleksii Shumilo invited practicing lawyer Serhii Minenko to hold a binary class on the academic discipline "Judicial and Law Enforcement Bodies of Ukraine" on the topic "Organizations and Institutions of Justice".

Resolution 1325 emphasizes the important role of women in the prevention and settlement of conflicts and in building peace, and also calls on member states to ensure a more active participation of women at all levels of decision-making in national, regional and international institutions, in mechanisms for the prevention, management and resolution of conflicts. The resolution became an institutional framework for the integration of women into the security sector.

For first-year full-time students of  Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines Oleksii Shumilo organized and conducted an on-site binary class on the educational disciplines "Judicial and Law Enforcement Bodies of Ukraine", as well as a tour to Sumy District Court.

Larysa Sazanova, a senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of the Faculty No. 4 of KhNUIA, and first-year cadet Oleksii Pashalyk visited Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum No. 7 and talked with 11th-grade students, Lyceum director Oleh Lavrusevych and class teacher Olha Kariak.

A binary class on the discipline "Introduction to legal research" for students of the 1st year of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, who are studying in the specialty "Law", was organized by the Professor of the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines, Nadiia Demydenko, with the participation of Tetiana Holub, head of the regional literature and bibliography department of Sumy regional scientific library.

Russia's war against our country significantly expanded the functionality of the National Police of Ukraine, making it necessary to review the existing approaches to training police officers in higher education institutions with specific learning conditions.

With the support of the Horizon 2020 EQUALS-EU project "European Regional Partnership for Gender Equality in the Age of Digital Technologies", a training was held for students of higher education in the first year of the "Aeronautics" educational program on the topic "Equality and support - the key to victory".

Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty No. 6, Candidate of Philological Sciences Nataliia Kobylko took part in the All-Ukrainian scientific and practical distant conference "Ukrainian Studies in the European Context", which was held by the public organization "Innovative Horizons of Ukraine".

At Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA, with the support of the Horizon 2020 EQUALS-EU project "European Regional Partnership on Gender Equality in the Age of Digital Technologies", a training was held for students of higher education in the first year of the "Aeronautics" educational program on the topic "Circle of Support: Unity in Equality".

Zakhar Demydov, a Senior Researcher at the Research Laboratory on Problems of Information Technologies and Combating Crime in Cyberspace of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the webinar "Acting with Urgency: Mitigating Risk to the Critical Infrastructure Sector in Ukraine".
