
A binary lesson on the topic “Use of restraints” for the cadets of the ERI #2 was conducted by senior lecturers of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the Educational and Research Institute #2 Oleksandr Skliar and Valerii Shvets together with a representative of the KORD special police unit.

Artur Miroshnichenko, an investigator of the General Criminal Investigation Department of Pavlohrad Police Department of the National Police in Dnipro Oblast, together with Olena Yushkevych, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, conducted a binary class for first-year students of the ERI No. 1 on the discipline “Legal Deontology”.

Representatives of Dnipro, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Kirovohrad, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Cherkasy and Chernihiv regions have started online training. All of them will be studying in the specialization “special police”.

Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Stanislav Ivanov talked to the final year students of lyceums №4 and №13 in Ivano-Frankivsk about their choice of future profession. He spoke about the conditions of admission to the police university, educational and research institutes and specialties that can be studied at the university.

A binary lesson for 1st year cadets of the ERI №4 on the discipline “History of Statehood of Ukraine and the Basics of Ethical and Communication Knowledge” was conducted by Oleksandr Cherkas, an employee of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a teacher at Kyiv Military Lyceum Ivan Bohun, and Natalia Yelnikova, a senior lecturer at the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies.

In addition to people with disabilities, the new group of Driving School students includes university students and cadets who will work as investigators, cybercrime specialists, lawyers, economists, psychologists, etc. Each of them decided to learn the theory at the Driving School under the guidance of experienced lecturers.

Students and lecturers of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the charity event “Support the Hero”, which was initiated by the student-cadet Parliament within the framework of the project “Friendly Support” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. They provided humanitarian aid to servicemen undergoing treatment and rehabilitation.

Serhii Hirenko, Deputy Director for Educational and Research Activities of the ERI №2, spoke about the participation of cadets in the scientific life of the university. He drew the attention of students to the traditions of the institute in the field of scientific activity, the achievements of cadets and graduates at the national and international levels.

One of the priorities for cadets and students is a healthy lifestyle and good physical shape. Future law enforcement officers must be physically prepared to perform their duties, and numerous sports sections at the university help to form character and volitional qualities.

Lecturers of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the ERI №4 in September-October this year were trained and mastered the computer program “MIA: Accounting and Reporting”, the purpose of the training is to use the program in the educational process.
