Oleksii SHUMILO, Head of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, organized a field trip for students as part of the study of the disciplines “Theory of State and Law” and “Judicial and Law Enforcement Agencies of Ukraine”. The students got acquainted with the activities of Sumy Bureau of Free Legal Aid.

The curators of the Legal Clinic department of the ERI No. 5, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology Yurii VAPSA and Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Expertology Olena SOLOVIOVA held a seminar on the topic “Practice of applying ECHR judgments in criminal proceedings in Ukraine”.

Head of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines Iryna SIEVIDOVA and Associate Professor of the same department Viktoria VELIIEVA met with students of Mohyliv-Podilskyi Gymnasium #5. Natalia PAVLENKO, Associate Professor of the same department, spoke with graduates of the Irpin Professional College of Economics and Law and Velykyi Burluk Lyceum.

Oksana PANASENKO, a psychologist in Gestalt, EMDR and IFS approaches, head of Zaporizhzhia Regional Center of the Institute of Health Psychology, conducted a binary online class for psychology students of the ERI №5.

The scientific event on the topic “Modern problems of economic development of the state” was chaired by Associate Professor Natalia PAVLENKO. The reports were prepared by the first-year students of the ERI №2, who are studying in the specialty “Accounting and Taxation”.

Iryna LUTSENKO, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI № 1, checked the internship of higher education students of KhNUIA majoring in Law Enforcement in the units of the Chernivtsi District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Chernivtsi region.

Representatives of the National Guard of Ukraine held a class for 1st year cadets of the ERI No. 4 on the topic “Police actions to ensure public safety and order during mass events”. The students were told about the use of appropriate equipment and gear, planning and coordination of actions.

Representatives of the team of organizers of the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine, Dmytro TOMENKO and Ivan HONCHARUK, visited the branch of the Legal Clinic of the ERI №5 of KhNUIA in Kharkiv. They presented a program for the development of legal clinics for higher education institutions that train specialists in legal specialties.

Tetiana STADNIK, Senior Inspector for Human Resources at Police Department No. 1 of Kharkiv Police Department No. 3 of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv Region, and Lolita PROKOFIEVA, a 4th year student at the ERI No. 3, held an online conference with 9th and 11th grade students of general secondary education institutions in Novobavarskyi district.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI №5 Iryna ANTOL and Professor of the same department Valentyna ZHORNOKUI together with lawyer Veronika POPOVA conducted an online class on “Legislation of Ukraine and Germany: Comparative Characteristics”.
