Dmytro Shvets, First Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel, and Taras Sozanskyi, First Vice-Rector of Lviv State University of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel, met online to review the content of typical educational and professional programs and curricula for applicants for higher education of the first (bachelor's) level of education in the field of knowledge 08 "Law" specialty 081 "Law", as well as in the field of knowledge 26 "Civil Security" in the relevant specialty - 262 "Law enforcement".

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and Lviv State University of Internal Affairs planted more than 40 young trees. Rector of KhNUIA Valerii Sokurenko and Head of LSUIA Roman Blahuta, cadets and staff of both universities joined the ecological action.

Olena Fedorenko, Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, took part in a press conference on the topic "Is it possible to maintain the quality of education during the war?", which took place at Kharkiv Press Club.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs gained access to full-text electronic resources in April (75,000 books, 12.5 thousand journals and thematic databases), which became available within the Research4Life project

Scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Fundamental and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty № 6 - Associate Professors Stanislav Pevko, Oleksandr Zhelezov, Krystyna Kysylova and other employees of the Department led by the head Yurii Kholod participated in online training for the professional development program on the course "Combating the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, terrorist financing and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction". 

Volodymyr Chumak, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty № 1 and Yevhenii Zozulia, Police Major, Lecturer of the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Pre-Medical Training of the Faculty № 1, held career guidance events in Kharkiv Metro, met with employees of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kharkiv Region and invited to study for a master's degree at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

III International Scientific and Practical Conference "Aviation, Industry, Society" took place in Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The event was held remotely. 

Students conducted career guidance work in social networks Facebook and Instagram   with the assistance of curators - Yuliia Doroshenko, Lecturer at the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Expertology of the Faculty № 6, and Yuliia Mytrofanova, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty № 6. Lecturers and students posted career guidance materials on their pages and consulted interested persons. 

A lecture on the topic "Compensation for damaged or lost property as a result of hostilities related to the military aggression of the Russian Federation" will be held on May 16, 2022 at 10.00 a.m. for students and lecturers of the Faculty № 6 of KhNUIA with the assistance of the Dean of the Faculty Oksana Brusakova. The lecture will be given by Roman Chumak, a Lawyer and Managing Partner of "Ares" Law Firm.

Olha Piskunova, Commissioner for Anti-Corruption of KhNUIA, participated in the conference "Anti-corruption in higher education", organized by the Association of Legal Clinics of Ukraine in conjunction with the National Agency on Corruption  Prevention within the project "Anti-corruption compliance in higher education: from identifying risks to overcoming them."
