Viktor Slysh Assistant to the Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with the Deputy Director for Education of Velykoburlutskyi Lyceum held a meeting with graduates. He acquainted pupils with specialties that can be received by cadets and students of the university, admission conditions, the material basis of the university, etc.

Museum lectures for cadets and students of Law are held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Museum dedicated to the of Lawyer's Day. Historical essays are dedicated to those who laid the foundations and traditions of modern legal glory of Kharkiv and became real stars of the legal sky of Kharkiv in the late nineteenth - early twentieth century.

The regular webinar on “The concept of Community Policing ” took place at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The webinar was held in English with the consecutive translation into Ukrainian. The event was attended by applicants of higher education, the scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff of the University and its separate structural units - Sumy Branch and Kremenchuk Flight College.

Scientists of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs have prepared a number of publications about prominent lawyers of the past, i.e. our compatriots. There is the monograph of professors Volodymyr Hrechenko and Oleksandr Holovko "The Law of Kievan Rus in the Studies of Academic Universities in Ukraine in the XIX - early XX centuries."

A meeting of the Scientific Circle was held at the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty № 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Olena Overchuk, an Associate Professor of the Department and the Head of the Scientific Circle, addressed the audience, emphasizing the importance of the scientific component in the educational process, outlined the main directions of the group's work and expressed hope for fruitful cooperation.

The Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs conducted an Instruction on compliance with the Rules of the Road and Road Safety for university employees and students who drive vehicles.

Foreign students’ meeting was held in the department of organization of training for foreign citizens of the faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Tamara Tsapko, the head of the department stressed the mandatory observance of academic and financial discipline by all foreign students.

Olena Fedorenko the Head of the Department of Pedagogics and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3 Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor and Olena Yevdokimova the Head of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty No. 6 Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor held a training workshop with young teachers and post-graduate students of the University on the topic “Interactive Training Methods in teaching humanities disciplines”.

A meeting of the Coordination Council for National and Patriotic Education attached to Kharkiv Regional State Administration took part at the university. A Chairman of the Coordination Council, Vice-Chairman of Kharkiv Regional State Administration Taras Pastukh, People’s Deputy of Ukraine Oleksandr Bakumov, Rector Dmytro Shvets and representatives of social organizations of Kharkiv Region took part in this meeting.

Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Natalia Gorobets with the participation of the Chairman of the Zarichny District Court of Sumy Anna Shelekhova conducted a binary lesson for 2nd year students.
