Scientists of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs have prepared a number of publications about prominent lawyers of the past, i.e. our compatriots. There is the monograph of professors Volodymyr Hrechenko and Oleksandr Holovko "The Law of Kievan Rus in the Studies of Academic Universities in Ukraine in the XIX - early XX centuries." It examines the process of origin and formation of the science "History of Law" in universities located in the Ukrainian lands during the XIX - early XX centuries. The book is designed for lawyer, teachers and students, all who are interested in history of law. Articles are also published in the university scientific collections "Bulletin of KhNUIA" and "Law and Security".
