Online platforms and gamification as a tool for increasing the motivation of students

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Language Training Nataliia Prozar took part in the IV International Scientific and Practical Online Conference ‘Modern Trends in Foreign Languages Research and Teaching’ held by Poltava State Medical University.

The lecturer presented an article entitled ‘Online platforms and gamification as a tool for increasing student motivation in learning English.’ In her research, the author argued that the use of online platforms and gamified approaches contributes to increased motivation among students thanks to interactivity, the creation of an engaging learning environment, and the introduction of game elements. Such tools make the educational process more interesting, facilitate the assimilation of complex material, and effectively develop language skills. https://univd.edu.ua/uk/news/26331
