According to the analysis of data on domestic violence since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, there have been fewer recorded cases of domestic violence compared to previous years.

Kharkiv Press Club hosted a presentation of the results of the next wave of the Youth and Drugs study and the Ukrainian Longitudinal Study conducted during the war. Experts commented on the results of the research, told how the war affects the mental health of children and youth, what threats exist, whether the level of alcohol and drug use has changed during the war, and how the situation with the mental health of Ukrainians will develop in the future.

A regular meeting of the Academic Council of Sumy branch of KhNUIA was held. A number of important issues of the university's life were considered: the results of financial activities in 2022 and prospects for financial support for 2023; increasing the practical orientation of scientific conferences held at Sumy branch of KhNUIA, etc.

At the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, a regular meeting of the scientific circle "State and Legal Disciplines" was held on the topic "Preparation of theses of a scientific report by students" under the leadership of professor of the department Oleksii Shumilo. Nadiia Demydenko, professor of the Department of Humanities of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, took part in the work of the group. She held a conversation with students on the topic "How to write theses of a scientific report?".

On March 29-30, 2023, the IX All-Ukrainian Forum of Interaction and Development will be held, with the aim of sustainable interaction of the community, the media, business and executive authorities and local self-government in the social development of communities, the participation of young people in the restoration of Ukraine, the creation of additional opportunities for the formation and development of young people, promoting the initiative and activity of young citizens in all spheres of life.

The academic staff and cadets of the Faculty No. 4 continue to actively engage in scientific research even under martial law. Faculty cadets took part in the VIII International scientific and practical conference "Trends, theories and ways of improving science" in Madrid, Spain.

The Department of Investigative Activities and Crime Solution of the Faculty №2 of KhNUIA held a regular meeting of the scientific group on the topic "Documentation of criminal offenses under martial law" under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department, Candidate of Law, Ivan Hrabazii.

At the meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA "Actual problems of the development of the national economy in the conditions of globalization" the report on the topic "Women's holiday March 8 VS Women's Rights Day" prepared by the 1st year student Alina Berko was discussed.

The research of wedding traditions in Slobozhanshchyna in the 19th century was devoted to the next meeting of the scientific group of the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA. In the introductory speech, the professor of the department, Nadiia Demydenko, noted that according to unofficial statistics, the number of weddings in Ukraine now exceeds the number of divorces. And the creation of new families is the continuation of the family, the strengthening of the state.

Under the leadership of the associate professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 6 Iryna Lutsenko, a meeting of the scientific group was held with the participation of the professor of the Department, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Andrii Shulha. The meeting was devoted to the topic "Corruption in the field of land relations".
