During the roundtable, the speakers noted that the relevance of the use of information technology is growing due to threats from the aggressor country and the criminal world and the need for the speedy introduction of intelligent data and information processing systems into the activities of law enforcement agencies.

The IV International Scientific and Practical Forum "Good Governance and Building Integrity in the Security and Defense Sector" was attended by representatives of international organizations and corruption prevention units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine and other bodies.

Nadiia Demydenko, Professor of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, took part in the scientific and practical conference "National Security of Ukraine in the Educational Sphere: Challenges, Values, Experience".

 Larysa Sazanova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, and Vladyslav Kochyn, 1st year cadet of the Faculty № 4, took part in the All-Ukrainian Correspondence Scientific and Methodological Conference "Methods and Specifics of Teaching Foreign Languages in Higher Education Institutions", which was held by the Language Department of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine.

Professor Andrii Yashchenko, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 1, Professor Yuliia Kyrychenko, Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the Faculty No. 6, and members of the scientific circle of the same department took part in a roundtable discussion on "Law and Economy of Ukraine - Development Prospects".

Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty No. 1 Yulia Zahumenna and Associate Professor of the same department Viktor Lazariev took part in the international scientific and practical conference "Scientific and Legal Readings Dedicated to the Memory of Professor A.P. Tkach (on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of his birth)"

The meeting of the scientific club of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was held as part of the All-Ukrainian action "16 Days Against Violence". Olena Shakhova and Natalia Hresa, Associate Professors of the Department and Head of the Scientific Club, who are psychologists of the Green Room, familiarized students with the peculiarities of psychologist's work with children who have suffered from violence.

Under the leadership of the Head of the Department Tetiana Fomina and Professor Oksana Pchelina, a regular meeting of the scientific group on the topic "Pre-trial investigation of military criminal offenses" was held. The event was attended by cadets of the Faculties №№ 1, 4 and scientific and pedagogical staff of the department. 

According to the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 8, 2023, No. 782-p, the 3rd year cadet of the Faculty No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police Corporal Andrii Synzherian, was awarded an academic scholarship by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The Commissioner for Anti-Corruption Activities Yana Mazur took part online in the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Implementation of the State Anti-Corruption Policy in the International Dimension", dedicated to the International Anti-Corruption Day.
