Students of the master’s degree of the Faculty № 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Yuliia Merenets, Lilia Rasynchuk, Yana Shvachko and Uliana Yankovska took part in the seminar “Child-friendly justice. Interview rooms for children and other vulnerable groups”, conducted by representatives of the EUAM Regional Office in Kharkiv.

On December 1, 2021 at 15.00 in the Language Center of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (room 202 / 4b) there will be a presentation on “Gender Equality, UN Resolution 1325 and the SMM”.

Anna Reshytko, a Lecturer at the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, passed the competition and was selected among the best graduate students for the internship at the BUP 8th “Interdisciplinary-Multicultural-International”, organized by the Center for Postgraduate Students from the Baltic region countries.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted the XV International Scientific and Methodological Conference “Current issues of development of applied, traditional and oriental martial arts”, dedicated to the memory of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Victor Bizin.

From February 2019 to December 2020, at the initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, a study “Understanding of masculinity and gender equality in the security sector of Ukraine” was conducted (using the international methodology IMAGES). In order to discuss the results of this study, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in cooperation with the UN Women, conducts online interactive meetings with students of higher education institutions, representatives of central executive bodies and bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Trainings on the Intelligence-Led Policing (ILP) and Criminal Analysis have started at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with the support of the European Union Advisory Mission.

Ivan Kotliarov, a 2nd year cadet of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who is a member of the School of Scientific Leadership, took part in the all-Ukrainian training “Local Peace Committees: World Practice of Local Interaction in Ukraine” from the NGO “Regional Youth Association” in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region.

The International Scientific-Practical Conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Relevant issues of modern science” was held online in Karaganda on the basis of Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Barimbek Biesenov. The conference was attended by 96 participants from around the world.

An online lecture "Gender equality, UNSCR 1325 and the SMM" for applicants for higher education took place at  Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The main speaker of the event was Jacob Dinneen, SMM OSCE Monitoring Officer, Gender Focal Point in Kharkiv team.

Representatives of the Field Office of the EUAM in Kharkiv held a seminar “Child-Friendly Justice. Rooms for Interviewing Children and Other Vulnerable Groups”  for applicants for higher education, cadets, students and master's students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
