Representatives of the student government of the ERI No. 5 Yana HORSKINA and Yelyzaveta NEDILKO held a thematic online meeting with students and teachers of Dvorichnyi Lyceum of Kupiansk district on the topic "Cybersecurity and threats on the Internet."

Director of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA Oksana BRUSAKOVA, together with the guarantor of the educational and professional program Volodymyr KROITOR and Heads of the Institute Departments, held a meeting with applicants for higher education on preparation for the Unified State Comprehensive Exam (USCE), which will be held on November 20, 2025.

A lecturer at the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5, Nadiia CHEPELIEVA, joined the online webinar “Teenagers in Wartime: How and Why They Need to Be Supported,” organized by the Center for Mental Health of NaUKMA. Participants discussed the impact of war on the psychological state of adolescents, their emotional reactions, and ways to provide support from parents, teachers, and psychologists.

On this topic, employees of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held information and educational hours for higher education students of the ERI No. 1–5, Sumy branch and Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 5 Natalia KHODIEIEVA held an online meeting with students of the Pervomaisky Lyceum "Erudyt" of Pervomaiskyi City Council of Mykolaiv region. The event was held with the assistance of the director of the lyceum Natalia PTASHYNSKA and teacher Anna POSTNIKOVA.

An online webinar was held on this topic, which was attended by Yana PONOMARENKO, Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5. The event was held as part of an initiative aimed at supporting psychologists of the pilot project on the introduction of specialization of judges in family and children's cases. The supervisors were Anna KOZLOVA, Viktoriia PARTYTSKA and Rimma YURCHENKO.

Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement Activities of the ERI No. 5, Doctor of Law, Professor Olena SYNIAVSKA listened to a webinar for teachers on the topic "Psychology of Addictions in Adolescents and Youth". The online event was held by the founder of the NGO "Center for Transpersonal Psychology" (Lviv) Andrii BESHLEI.

As part of career guidance work, representatives of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 5 – Associate Professor of the Department Vladyslav KUNDEUS and Senior Lecturer of the Department Yuliia MYTROFANOVA – met online with students of the 11th grade of the Borivskyi Lyceum named after S. Zakora, Zmiiv City Council, Chuhuiiv District, Kharkiv Region.

Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5, member of the Ukrainian Association of Law Enforcement Representatives (UAEL), Doctor of Psychological Sciences Yana PONOMARENKO participated in the training "Algorithm of interaction with persons with signs of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)".

As part of the annual international campaign "16 Days Against Violence", Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5 Olena MOKHORIEVA gave an online lecture for students on the topic "Bullying in the Educational Environment". The event examined the concept of bullying, its characteristic features, main forms and possible psychological consequences for all parties to the conflict.
